ONTARIO, CALIF. — Los Angeles-based Reliable Properties has purchased a retail property located in Ontario. Terms of the transaction were not released.

Cardenas Market, an Ontario-based grocery chain, occupies the single-tenant asset. Located at the intersection of Holt Boulevard and Campus Avenue, the property features 28,131 square feet of retail space.
