AUSTIN and ROUND ROCK — Retail Solutions, the brokerage division of Reliance Retail, has facilitated the following transactions:
- World Class Capital Group has purchased the former Katz’s Deli building at 618 W. 6th St. in Austin. Matt Delahoussaye of Retail Solutions represented the seller.
- Tan It All has signed a lease renewal for 2,288 square feet at Hester’s Crossing at 2400 S. 135 in Round Rock. Cole Brodhead of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
- City Blends has also signed a lease renewal at Hester’s Crossing for 1,799 square feet. Brodhead represented the landlord.
- Allstate Insurance has leased 927 square feet of office space in Cannon West at 6800 Westgate Blvd. in Austin. T.J. Powell of Retail Solutions represented the landlord and Adam Fike of Southwest Strategies Group represented the tenant.
