MENOMONEE FALLS, WIS. — RJ Schinner Co. has purchased a 160,000-square-foot industrial building, located at N89W14700 Patrita Dr. in the Menomonee Falls Industrial Park in Menomonee Falls, from Maysteel for $5 million. James Young of Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry represented the buyer in the transaction and Sam Dickman, Sam Dickman, Jr., and Anthony Huenerbein of Milwaukee-based The Dickman Co. — CORFAC International represented the seller.
