Built in 1992 and renovated in 2008, the Class A warehouse structure has 30-foot ceilings. The property is fully occupied with one drive-in and six exterior loading docks. NAI Hanson represented the buyer, Roundhill Acquisition. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the deal.
