HEMET, CALIF. — Saddleback Mobile Home Estates has received a $5.1-million loan for a refinance. It is located at 1536 S. State Street. The 227-pad mobile home park is owned by a small group of Southern California-based investors that owns and manages several other parks in the area. The 10-year Fannie Mae loan boasts a fix interest rate that is below 4 percent. The loan was arranged by David Susank of Johnson Capital’s Phoenix office.
