HOUSTON — Plano-based Service Realty Inc., the largest sacred real estate brokerage firm in the U.S., has arranged the sale of a 59,560-square-foot church building, located at 8623 Hemlock Hill Drive in Houston. The church building can currently seat 2,200 people. Beverly O'Neal of Service Realty represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was Houston-based Christ Embassy International. Service Realty has completed more than 450 transactions in Texas.
