BELLEVIEW, FLA. — South Florida-based Skyrise Development is building Belleview Center, a 9-acre, 22,295-square-foot mixed-use project in Belleview, located at the intersection of SE 67th Street and Highway 44. The development is comprised of an open-air shopping center, gas station, 55-unit apartment complex and flex space. Construction is slated to begin this summer.
