ROCKLIN, CALIF. — Soma Capital Partners, in partnership with Timbercreek Asset Management, has acquired Blue Oaks Marketplace in Rocklin for $19.2 million.
The seller was Diamond Creek Properties. At the time of sale, the 100,000-square-foot property was 81 percent leased.
