SRS Negotiates $8.9M Ground Lease Sale of Miami Restaurant Leased to Chick-fil-A

MIAMI — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $8.9 million ground lease sale of a restaurant property located at 18240 S. Dixie Highway in Miami. Chick-fil-A occupies the 5,399-square-foot property, which was built in 2024, on an absolute triple-net, corporate-guaranteed lease with 13 years remaining on the initial term. Patrick Nutt and William Wamble of SRS represented the seller, a joint venture between Coconut Grove, Fla.-based Berkowitz Development Group and Shanghai-based Landsea Development Group, in the transaction. The New York-based buyer requested anonymity.
