CONCORD, N.C. — The Charlotte, N.C. regional office of Stanley Steemer has acquired 2.5 acres in Concord with plans of developing a satellite facility. The 12,000-square-foot building will be located within the International Business Park at Concord. The company plans to operate 13 trucks from the new facility, which is scheduled to break ground within a year. Anne Johnson of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Nolim Group, and Bryan Crutcher, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the International Business Park in the transaction. Ian Bertolina of Bertolina Commercial Real Estate Services represented Stanley Steemer.
