OKLAHOMA CITY — Dallas-based brokerage firm Summit RE has arranged the sale of Quail Springs Shoppes, an 11,397-square-foot retail strip center in Oklahoma City. Tenants include CNS Jewelry & Watch Repair and Sit Still Kids Salon.
