SUNTRUST CENTER IN FLORIDA TRADES HANDS

LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA, FLA. — Atlanta-based The Simpson Organization has sold the 15,000-square-foot SunTrust Center to B&C Real Estate Holdings for $2.5 million. The buyer will occupy half the two-story office building, located at 221 E. Commercial Blvd., and SunTrust will operate in the remaining space.
