Branded 121 Riverview Crossing, the property will be situated along Business Highway 121 near both Legacy West in Plano and the $5 Billion Mile in Frisco. The facility will be available for lease in spring 2018. Henry S. Miller will handle leasing activity.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Dallas-based developer Hunt Southwest will open a 493,000-square-foot distribution center in Fort Worth for apparel wholesaler S&S Activewear. The center will be located at 35/820@Mercantile Center, a 657,000-square-foot, Class A warehouse facility in north Fort Worth. Slated to open by the end of the year, the project is expected to create roughly 300 new jobs in the metro. Building amenities include 36-foot clear heights, a seven-inch reinforced concrete slab, cross-dock configuration and a sprinkler system.

SACHSE, TEXAS — Mustang Creek Estates will develop a $7.5 million assisted living and memory care facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro of Sachse. The 42,000-square-foot Mustang Creek Estates at Sachse is expected to open this fall and create as many as 50 new staffing jobs. The property will be Mustang Creek’s fifth seniors housing asset in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

CORAL SPRINGS, FLA. — A joint venture between Cleveland Clinic and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate has broken ground on Family Health Center, a $32 million medical office building located at the intersection of University Drive and Sawgrass Expressway in Coral Springs, a town in South Florida’s Broward County. Situated on 5.3 acres, the three-story property will span 72,000 square feet and feature clinical space, diagnostic imaging and an ambulatory surgery center. Cleveland Clinic will fully occupy Family Health Center, which is expected to open in 2018.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, an Austin, Texas-based theater chain, plans to open its first North Carolina theater in Raleigh. The Alamo Drafthouse Raleigh will feature 11 screens, 660 reclining seats and a bar and restaurant with 36 local beers on tap. Situated within the Longview Shopping Center on New Bern Avenue and King Charles Road, the theater is expected to open by the end of the year and employ roughly 160 people.

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — The Opus Group has completed a new corporate headquarters for MC Machinery Systems Inc. in Elk Grove Village, a northwest suburb of Chicago. The 175,000-square-foot property consists of two buildings located off I-90. The new headquarters features 50,000 square feet of office space, 75,000 square feet of warehouse and storage space and a 50,000-square-foot industrial machinery showroom to showcase the company’s equipment and host customer walkthroughs. MC Machinery Systems, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corp., develops, sells and supports seven different types of manufacturing equipment used primarily for metalworking. Opus Design Build was the design-builder, Opus AE Group was the structural engineer of record and Heitman Architects was the architect of record and the design architect.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Majestic Realty Co., a California-based industrial developer, will build a 320-acre, master-planned business park approximately 2.5 miles south of the Interstate 20 and Interstate 35 interchange in Fort Worth. Branded Majestic Fort Worth South Business Park, the property will feature more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial and administrative space. Phase I of construction, which is scheduled for a June 2018 completion, will deliver 1.8 million square feet of industrial space across 110 acres.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Embrey Partners Ltd., a San Antonio-based developer, has broken ground on the Kelley at Samuels Ave., a 353-unit, Class A multifamily community in Fort Worth. The property will be situated on 10 acres near the original 1884 Queen Anne home, a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, which will be restored as part of the development. The community will consist of one- and two-bedroom units averaging 914 square feet per unit. Occupancy is scheduled for spring 2018.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — E.E. Reed Construction LP has completed a six-story, 176,836-square-foot medical office building on the Memorial Hermann Woodlands campus in the northern Houston suburb of The Woodlands. Balfour Concord served as construction manager on the development and Powers Brown Architecture served as designer for the project.
