MIAMI — Anatomy has opened a new location at Regatta Harbour, a 9.5-acre mixed-use development underway in Miami. Anatomy is a progressive fitness community that integrates exercise programing with wellness and beauty. The Regatta Harbour location will be Anatomy’s fourth location in South Florida, and Anatomy is Regatta Harbour’s first tenant. Situated at 3385 Pan American Drive, Anatomy encompasses 15,000 square feet of space. Anatomy’s Regatta Harbour site houses “The Sanctuary,” which is the gym’s signature recovery and regeneration component. It also features cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes, a variety of open-air outdoor workout programing and a Kids Club as an added amenity for families. Accessible by land and sea along Coconut Grove’s historic Dinner Key, Regatta Harbour is slated for a 2022 completion date. Designed by Arquitectonica, the development will feature more than 100,000 square feet of entertainment, retail and restaurants. HOUSTON — General contractor Harvey Builders will construct a 115,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility in Houston. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, the facility will be situated on an 8.3-acre site within the Houston Spaceport campus on the city’s southwest side. The project will be a build-to-suit for Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of Collins Aerospace, and is expected to be complete in summer 2022. Houston-based Griffin Partners has been tapped as the development manager for the project, which is expected to add about 250 new jobs to the local economy.

BOZEMAN, MONT. — ACRES Capital Corp. has originated a $29.2 million loan to fund the construction of Babcock Apartments, a multifamily property located at 1612 and 1624 W. Babcock St. in Bozeman. The borrower is Roundhouse Development, a fully integrated developer and operator of multifamily housing. Los Angeles-based George Smith Partners arranged the loan. Babcock Apartments will feature 95 apartments, 105 parking spaces and 2,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units will include in-unit washers/dryers, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, wood cabinets, marble countertops and private balconies in select units. Community amenities will include a fitness center, tenant lounge, open space areas, individual storage units and on-site parking. Jonathan Lee led the George Smith Partners team that arranged the loan, while Chris Hetzel of ACRES’ Los Angeles office originated the deal.

NASHVILLE, TENN. — Alliance Residential Co. has purchased nearly two acres for the development of Broadstone OneCity, a luxury multifamily community located at 7 City Place in Nashville. The price and seller were not disclosed. Construction is scheduled to begin this year with first residents moving in spring of 2023. Designed by architect Dynamik Design and civil engineer Catalyst Design Group, Broadstone OneCity will include 261 studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury apartment units averaging 814 square feet. Units will feature finishes including gas ranges, beverage refrigerators, entertainment islands and custom entry benches. Community amenities will include a fitness center, private focus rooms, individual yoga pods, mailroom with 24/7 package concierge, resort-style pool and courtyard and a Skylounge equipped with a demonstrator kitchen and rooftop putt-putt. Broadstone OneCity will be part of the OneC1TY development, an urban community in Nashville. The property will be located close to restaurants like Pastaria and Avo, recreational areas, office spaces and fitness facilities such as CrossFit and Edge Cycle. Alliance Residential Co. has two other developments currently under construction including Broadstone SoBro and Broadstone Nations. Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., Alliance Residential Co. is a multifamily developer.

ORLANDO, FLA. — InvenTrust Properties Corp. has unveiled plans to redevelop Suncrest Village, including replacement of the Publix grocery store that anchors the property. The 93,358-square-foot shopping center is located at the corner of University Boulevard and Dean Road at 10021-10115 University Blvd. in Orlando. Construction is slated to take approximately 12 months to complete. InvenTrust’s planned improvements to the center include the replacement of the existing Publix building with a new, larger prototype Publix store to be constructed in the same location.  The small-shop tenant facades at Suncrest Village will receive new paint, lighting, replacement of the mission tile roof, a new sign band on portions of the canopy, improved landscaping and green trellis areas with accent lighting. InvenTrust plans to employ sustainable processes throughout this renovation. For example, LED lighting has been added to the center’s parking lot and, during demolition, reusable materials will be sorted and reclaimed to reduce landfill waste. Suncrest Village is located along the University Boulevard and is 2.8 miles from the University of Central Florida. CREST HILL, ILL. — General contractor Summit Design + Build LLC has begun construction of a warehouse expansion project for TLC Ingredients in Crest Hill, just north of Joliet. Summit will add 55,012 square feet to the tenant’s existing 40,000-square-foot warehouse. Summit will also build a new break room, loading dock, bathroom and parking stalls. TLC Ingredients is a distributor of food additives including chemicals and phenolic resins. Harris Architects Inc. is the project architect. Completion is slated for this fall.

GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC) will develop Christopher Todd Communities at Dechman, a 140-unit single-family rental (SFR) community in the central metroplex city of Grand Prairie. The property will be situated on 15.9 acres and will offer one- and two-bedroom residences that will range in size from approximately 750 to 1,050 square feet. Communal amenities will include a pool, fitness center and a dog park. Christopher Todd Communities is providing design and management services for the project. Construction is set to begin in the coming weeks.

PHILADELPHIA — A partnership between National Real Estate Development LLC and The KRE Group will develop 200 Spring Garden, a 355-unit multifamily project that will be located in the East Callowhill Overlay District of Philadelphia. The project represents the first phase of a larger master-planned community. Amenities will include a pool, multiple grilling stations, community gardens and a private outdoor dog run. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of next year and to last 24 to 28 months.

CHICAGO — The Invert Chicago LLC has unveiled plans to build Chicago’s first subsurface business complex on 140 acres on the city’s southeast side that was vacated decades ago by the steel industry. Over the course of 13 years, Invert will develop nearly 6 million net square feet of climate-controlled space 250 to 350 feet below the surface at 11118 S. Buffalo Ave. The project site currently functions as a marine, rail and truck terminal. Initial subsurface space is expected to be available for occupancy by 2024. Invert anticipates making a formal filing with the City of Chicago later this summer.

LOS ANGELES — Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), one of the top soccer teams in the world, has opened a permanent retail store within Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles. In partnership with apparel retailer Fanatics, the sports club is expanding its global retail presence with several new stores in key international markets, beginning with the Los Angeles location. The store openings form part of a 10-year retail and merchandising deal signed between PSG and Fanatics in 2020. Fanatics, which is part owner of Lids, will tap into Lids’ physical retail experience to open and operate the new Westfield store.
