CHICAGO — Willis Tower owner EQ Office has unveiled two new retail tenants for Catalog, the new 300,000-square-foot dining and retail portion under construction at the Chicago office tower. Sushi-San will offer a dine-in experience as well as a grab-and-go station. Guests can customize maki rolls, poke or chirashi bowls at the sushi counter. The Mexican restaurant Tortazo will occupy nearly 3,000 square feet. It is a new concept from Rick Bayless, an award-winning chef. Tortazo is expected to open later this year. The entire Catalog concept is slated for completion in mid-2020.
BOSTON — Choice Hotels International Inc. has opened Cambria Hotel Boston, Downtown-South Boston, a 159-room hotel in the South Boston or “Southie” neighborhood. The hotel features a food and beverage service called Six \ West that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a ground-floor restaurant and extends service to a rooftop 4,000-square-foot rooftop lounge. Other amenities include a 2,400-square-foot gym, business meeting space and close access to mass transit lines. City Point Capital is developing the hotel, and Meyer Jabara will manage the property.
Pollack Shores Real Estate to Develop 201-Unit Multifamily Property in Boulder, Colorado

BOULDER, COLO. — Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has acquired an 8.55-acre land parcel, located at 4750 Broadway in Boulder, for an undisclosed price. The fully entitled, shovel-ready development site was formerly the Colorado National Guard headquarters. Pollack Shores plans to develop The Armory Boulder, a 201-unit market-rate apartment and townhome community, on the site by 2021. Matrix Residential, a Pollack Shores company, will manage the property. The Armory Boulder will be Pollack Shores’ first development in the Boulder market. Chris Cowan and John Jugl Jr. of Newmark Knight Frank represented the joint sellers, Bruce Dierking of Armory Community LLC and Jim Loftus of Loftus Development, in the transaction.
J.G. Petrucci Nears Completion 57,000 SF Industrial Project in Hillsborough, New Jersey

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. — J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. is nearing completion of a 57,000-square-foot industrial building in Hillsborough, located approximately 40 miles southwest of New York City. The project is build-to-suit for Permadur Industries, a manufacturer of construction equipment. The building will feature 37-foot ceiling heights and 17,000 square feet of office space, as well as 36,000 square feet of space designed for future expansion. Construction is currently underway and slated for completion by the end of 2019. The site also has the capacity to house an additional 36,000 square feet of new development.
WILLOW GROVE, PA. — Kushner Real Estate (KRE) Group has opened Willow Pointe, a 245-unit multifamily community in Willow Grove, a northern suburb of Philadelphia. The property comprises three buildings with one- and two-bedroom floor plans, all of which include a patio or balcony. Amenities include a pool, resident lounge, fitness center, business center, outdoor grilling areas and resident storage space. Hudson Projects designed the community.
DALLAS — JMJ Development will build a 25-story project in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas that will house a 177-room hotel and 97 condominium units. The site, which will include 387 parking spaces, is located just north of downtown Dallas. JMJ is currently negotiating with five-star hotel brands for the hospitality component of the project. New York City-based Madison Realty Capital provided a $32.5 million loan for the acquisition of the land. A construction schedule is still being finalized.
PHOENIX — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of a 1.52-acre land site within Roosevelt Row Arts District in Phoenix. An entity formed by Phoenix-based Alliance Residential acquired the site from Edgehill Investments for $6.4 million. The buyer plans to develop Broadstone Portland on the land, which is located at the northeast corner of Third and Portland streets. The planned 161-unit multifamily asset will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 620 square feet to 1,600 square feet. Additionally, the five-story property will feature street-level stop entrances on the top of two levels of podium parking and an elevated amenity deck with a resort-style swimming pool and fitness facility. Construction is slated to started in fourth-quarter 2019. ORB Architects is designing the project.
SAN ANTONIO — Navistar, an Illinois-based truck and bus manufacturer, will open a $250 million plant in San Antonio, a move that is expected to create about 600 new jobs. The site is located along Interstate 35 and links the company’s supply bases in Mexico and the United States. Construction is slated to begin later this year, and the facility is expected to be operational within 24 months of the groundbreaking. JLL handled the site selection process for Navistar, which also recently invested $125 million in its engine plant in Huntsville, Alabama.
SAN DIEGO — Noble House Hotels and Resorts, a hotel ownership and management group, has completed a $21 million renovation of the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, located at 1775 E. Mission Bay Drive in San Diego. Overlooking Mission Bay, the resort features 357 rooms and suites, an American cuisine restaurant, poolside lounge, waterfront dining, fitness center and full-service spa. The comprehensive renovation encompassed all guestrooms, the hotel’s conference center, executive board rooms, common areas and lobbies. Additionally, the hotel features new paint, flooring, lighting, finishes, wall treatments, technology and furniture. JLL’s Project and Development Services group managed the renovation on behalf of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, the property owner.
