TAMPA, FLA. — The Altman Cos. has topped out Altis Grand Central, a nine-story apartment building that will offer studio, one- , two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The community is located less than one mile south of the University of Tampa and will include amenities such as a sky lounge and pool on the roof, Zen garden, dog park and a clubroom. Tower St., across from The Tampa Riverwalk. Moss Withers and Karah Jennings will head the new Lee & Associates office in Raleigh-Durham. Lee & Associates was founded in 1979 and has offices in the U.S. and Canada. RADNOR, PA. — IMC Construction has broken ground on Penn Medicine Radnor, a four-story, 250,000-square-foot medical center in Radnor. Located at 145 King of Prussia Road, the center will house a heart and vascular center, cancer care, women’s health, orthopedic and rehabilitation medicine, neurosciences and other medical subspecialties. An outpatient surgery suite will include six surgical and four endoscopy rooms, along with radiology and laboratory services. Brandywine Realty Trust will purchase and serve as the designated developer and manager of the site, and develop an adjacent office space and a hotel on property. The outpatient center is expected to be complete in Spring 2020.
NEW YORK CITY — Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the $5.9 million sale of the Liberty-Tuckerton Assemblage, a 22,928-square-foot development site in Jamaica, Queens. Located at 150-28 Liberty Ave., 150-30 Liberty Ave. and 299 Tuckerton St., the site is nearby the Jamaica Hospital & Medical Center as well as York College. Michael Tortorici, Sean Kelly, Victor Sozio, Matthew Lev and Alexander Taic of Ariel Property Advisors represented the seller, a private company, in the transaction. The buyer was The Sandhu Group, led by Tejpal Sandhu.
Harbor Retirement, Confluent to Break Ground on 144-Unit Seniors Housing Community Near Memphis

CORDOVA, TENN. — Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) and Confluent Senior Living are set to begin construction on HarborChase of Cordova, a 158,083-square-foot, 144-unit senior living community in Cordova, about 20 miles east of Memphis. The project is expected to be completed in early 2020. The community will include 60 independent living, 50 assisted living and 34 memory care apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom options. The community will feature 24-hour staff, a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas, clubroom, arts and crafts space, barber and beauty salon, library, pool, fitness and wellness center, putting green, fully enclosed memory support courtyard and community-wide Wi-Fi. Vero Beach, Fla.-based HRA will manage HarborChase of Cordova, while Denver-based Confluent Senior Living serves as the project’s owner. This is the second living center for the partnership in metro Memphis, with HarborChase Germantown expected to open in the summer.
ALPHARETTA, GA. — Magnolia Moon, Mountain High Outfitters, Perched, The Red Hound and Spirited Boutique have all either opened or plan to open new stores in Alpharetta City Center (ACC) by Black Friday. ACC is a 26-acre, mixed-use property located in Alpharetta, about 26 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The development opened in January 2015 in a public-private partnership between South City Partners, Morris & Fellows and the City of Alpharetta to expand the existing downtown area by six blocks. ACC features Alpharetta’s new City Hall, a Fulton County library, Brook Street Park, Town Green, a 445-car parking deck and single-family homes under development by Hedgewood Homes. Magnolia Moon is a women’s boutique that offers apparel and accessories. Mountain High Outfitters, which plans to open on Black Friday, offers products for outdoor activities, including backpacking, camping, fly fishing and biking. Perched is a women’s boutique that also carries some girl’s clothing and baby shower, wedding and birthday gifts. The Red Hound offers a variety of gifts for babies, kids, graduates and brides. Spirited Boutique has several locations around metro Atlanta and features boho-chic fashion and handmade jewelry. With the five newest retailers, ACC will have 17 retailers and restaurants.
HERRIMAN, UTAH — Buchanan Street Partners, a real estate investment management firm based in Newport Beach, Calif., has completed construction of Incline at Anthem. The active adult community, restricted to residents over age 55, brings 298 apartment units to the Salt Lake City suburb of Herriman. Buchanan Street Partners purchased the partially completed Incline project in 2017 with a vision to reposition the original development plan, adding high-end finishes and upscale amenities to deliver a Class A community. Incline at Anthem is surrounded by a mountain backdrop and is adjacent to the southern boundary of Daybreak, Utah’s largest master-planned community. “Utah’s population has increased by 9 percent in the past five years, the highest rate in the country, putting added pressure on an already constrained housing market,” says Kevin Hampton, executive vice president of Buchanan Street Partners. “Regional growth and the increasing demand for a quality living experience by what we think are very youthful seniors bode well for the success of this project.”
GLEN BURNIE, MD. — Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings Inc. has opened a new store in Glen Burnie to mark its 300th location. The new store is located about 10 miles south of downtown Baltimore in a former Toys “R” Us. The Harrisburg, Pa.-based company opened its first store 36 years ago in Mechanicsburg, Pa., and now has stores in 23 states. The milestone location was opened on the same day as several other Ollie’s Bargain Outlet stores, bringing the company’s total to 303. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is one of America’s largest retailers of closeout merchandise and excess inventory, including books, groceries and household items.
Nexton, RealtyLink Announce 22 Restaurants, Stores Coming to Shopping Center Near Charleston

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. — Nexton and RealtyLink Commercial have announced a list of 22 tenants that will occupy Nexton Square, a shopping center in Summerville that is set to open this summer. The vendors include Tropical Smoothie Café, The Bicycle Shoppe and Fuji Sushi, as well as other restaurants, apparel, beauty, fitness, entertainment and finance tenants. The first buildings are scheduled to be available to tenants for up-fit later this year. Nexton Square will be located in Summerville’s Nexton master-planned community, which is located about 25 miles northwest of downtown Charleston. The design team includes architect McMilan Padzen Smith Architects, civil engineer and landscape architect Seamon Whiteside, construction manager Landmark Construction and general contractor Ordner Construction.
