BELMONT, N.C. — Ramey Miller Properties plans to deliver Belmont Town Center, a 105,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center in the Charlotte suburb of Belmont this fall. Harris Teeter will anchor the center, which will also include a Harris Teeter Fuel Station. Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA is handling the leasing assignment of Belmont Town Center on behalf of Ramey Miller and has arranged leases with Collins Cleaners, Great Clips, Vitamins 4 Less, Jersey Mikes, Marcos Pizza and I Color Nail Bar. Ramey Miller is also building single-family and multifamily residences adjacent to Belmont Town Center.

PLANO, TEXAS — NewGate Development plans to open CityCentral, a coworking and executive office space in Plano, a northern suburb of Dallas. Located on Spring Creek Parkway west of the Dallas North Tollway, CityCentral totals 36,000 square feet of workspace, including a 12,000-square-foot creative collaboration center. The property is scheduled to open March 1.

KATY, TEXAS — TMEIC Power Electronics Products Corp., a Tokyo-based partnership between Toshiba and Mitsubishi, has broken ground on a 45,000-square-foot industrial facility in Katy, a western suburb of Houston. Lone Star Construction is the general contractor for the facility, which is expected to open later this year. Roughly $6 million in capital expenditures has been earmarked for the project. Located off Grand Parkway in Energy Park West Business Park, the property will serve as a center of assembly, testing and packaging of photovoltaic inverters for the solar power market.

FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS — Yeager Properties has been approved by The Town of Flower Mound to bring new office suites to the town, which is situated on the outskirts of Dallas. The designated location at 3611 Cross Timbers Road will feature roughly 40,000 square feet of office space capable of accommodating as many as 400 people. An additional plot of 8,665 square feet has been reserved as add-on space for two unnamed restaurants. Yeager, which already has a presence in Plano, Frisco and Allen, plans to deliver the new office space this November

NEW YORK CITY — CTA Architects, as architect, and Brend Renovation, as general contractor, have completed a $10 million exterior renovation of Morningside Gardens, a six-building, 980-unit apartment complex in Manhattan’s West Harlem section, for Morningside Heights Housing Corp. The project repaired 560,000 square feet of façades and 80,500 square feet of roofs. Renovations included repairs to and repointing of the brick façade; replacement and repairs of deteriorated and delaminated metal-clad blue stone window sills; renovations to selection flashings, lintels and concrete balconies and rails; gutter and scupper drain repairs; waterproofing of roofs; replacement of all roof rails; and repairs to rooftop elevator bulkheads. Morningside Heights Housing Corp. manages the apartment complex and support facilities.

DENVER — Camden Property Trust has opened Camden Lincoln Station, an upscale, transit-oriented apartment community in the Denver submarket of Lone Tree. Units include stainless steel appliances, electric cooktops, quartz countertops and islands. Camden Lincoln Station also features a fitness center, yoga studio and two large courtyards with fire pits, gas grills, seating, lawn games and outdoor table tennis. This is Camden’s eighth community in the Denver metro area.

MECHANICSVILLE, VA. — Morgan Property Group has purchased roughly 18 acres of land in Mechanicsville, about six miles northeast of Richmond, for the development of a new grocery-anchored shopping center with an outparcel. Publix will occupy about 50,000 square feet of the 63,000-square-foot property, which is situated along Mechanicsville Turnpike adjacent to Regency Centers’ Hanover Village. Zach Means of Divaris Real Estate Inc. represented the buyer in the land transaction, and Tred Spratley of Sigma National Inc. represented the seller. Morgan Property Group has selected Means to lease the project. Construction is expected to start in late summer, with an opening slated for fall 2018. This will be Morgan Property’s 31st development in Virginia since 2004 and its 11th retail project in the greater Richmond area.

LOS ANGELES — Robhana Group and Inception Property Group have broken ground on the first phase of a new healthcare campus in downtown Los Angeles. Phase I will include a 60,000-square-foot outpatient medical office building situated at Washington Boulevard and Hoover Street at the I-110/I-10 freeway intersection. HealthCare Partners, a DaVita Medical Group has already leased the new building. It will be used for primary and urgent care services. This project marks the first of several phases of healthcare investment and development in the area, establishing the Pico-Union neighborhood as a new healthcare hub in the Downtown West Area. Oltmans Construction Co. is building the project, which Ware Malcomb designed. The next phase, City West Medical, will include a 48,000-square-foot, healthcare-related project and subterranean parking.

LAS VEGAS — Alston Construction has completed a 68,875-square-foot, built-to-suit facility for 3G Productions in Las Vegas. The new facility is located on 5.4 acres at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Russell Road. The firm completed a 51,400-square-foot concrete tilt up building with a 16,875-square-foot steel/concrete deck mezzanine to be used in the future by the owner. PFIILP Eastern Russell 70 LLC owns the $9 million project. 3G Production will offer the facility as a corporate event venue.

DURHAM, N.C. — The Davis Cos. and Gemini Real Estate LLC have begun construction on The Lodge at Croasdaile, a 320-unit apartment community on Hillandale Road in Durham. The property is situated on 50 acres within The Croasdaile Farm master development, which is about five miles outside of downtown Durham. The community will feature an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, community room, kitchen, computer lounge and a wrap-around patio overlooking a resort-style pool. Other amenities will include a wet bar, outdoor TVs and kitchen, porch and a pedestrian bridge connecting the property to an activities lawn and dog park. The Lodge at Croasdaile is Davis and Gemini’s second project together. In 2015 the companies developed a 280-unit property known as Sawmill Point in Wilmington, N.C.
