LEXINGTON, S.C. — The Shopping Center Group, on behalf of developer Columbia Development, has signed three anchor leases at Lexington Marketplace, a 143,850-square-foot shopping center in Lexington. The Fresh Market, Hobby Lobby and Ulta Beauty have signed on at the shopping center, which will be situated at U.S. Highway 378 and Saluda Springs Road. This will be the second location in the metro Columbia area for The Fresh Market. Darrell Palasciano of The Shopping Center Group is seeking additional retail and restaurant tenants at the property, which is currently 70 preleased.

NEW YORK CITY — Rosewood Realty Group has secured the $39 million sale of a six-building multifamily portfolio in the Bronx. The portfolio includes 209 rent-stabilized apartments and spans 186,520 square feet in the Mount Hope, Fordham Heights and University Heights neighborhoods. The addresses are 2442 Morris Ave.; 2226, 2322 and 2333 Loring Place N.; and 1715-1717 & 1727-1729 Walton Ave. Rosewood’s Aaron Jungreis represented the seller, Emerald Equity Group. Marcus & Millichap’s Seth Glasser, Michael Fusco, Peter Von der Ahe and Joe Koicim represented the buyer, Pistilli Realty Group, an Astoria-based investment firm led by the Pistilli family. The buildings sold for $206 per square foot.
WOODMERE, N.Y. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of The Woodmere Club, a golf and country club in Woodmere, to a joint-venture real estate investment entity. Cushman & Wakefield’s metropolitan area capital markets group orchestrated the deal. Weiss Properties and 2020 Acquisitions purchased the 110-acre property, which is located at 99 Meadow Drive. The club features the original clubhouse built in 1908, 18 holes of golf, six tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness center and several dining options.
NEW YORK CITY — Besen & Associates has negotiated the $11.4 million acquisition of a multifamily property located at 24-10 through 24-20 29th St. in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens. The property includes three four-story buildings containing 27 units. There are eight two-bedroom apartments and 19 three-bedroom apartments. The buildings total 25,000 square feet on a 15,000-square-foot lot with 150 feet of street frontage. The property was built in 1935 and is located two blocks from subway lines N and Q. Greg Corbin and Aaron Kline of Besen & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
ORANGE, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.1 million sale of an 8,020-square-foot property net leased to Family Dollar in Orange. Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The team also secured and represented the buyer, a private investor. The building is located at 605 Scotland Road at its intersection with Tremont Avenue.
STAMFORD, CONN. — UC Funds has acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott under construction in Stamford for $40 million. The property will be the only extended-stay hotel in downtown Stamford. Construction on the eight-story hotel is 60 percent complete, with delivery expected next winter. The 156-room property will include a fitness center, business center, breakfast area and meeting space.
KATY AND PASADENA, TEXAS — Baker Katz has negotiated two leases totaling 13,000 square feet in the Houston suburbs of Katy and Pasadena on behalf of Outback Steakhouse. The Katy restaurant will be located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Katy Fort Bend Road. The Pasadena restaurant will be located at the corner of Vista Road and State Highway Beltway 8. Stephen Tou of Retail Connection and Lindsay Schlueter of Glasier Retail Partners represented the landlords in Katy and Pasadena, respectively.
MAUMEE, OHIO — Reichle | Klein Group has brokered the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building in Maumee, a suburb of Toledo, for $2 million. The former Champion Windows building is located at 6214 Monclova Road. Mike Poulos of Reichle Klein represented the buyer, Therma-Tru Corp. Toledo-based Champion Realty LLC was the seller.
CUDAHY, WIS. — US Pack Logistics LLC has signed a 13,971-square-foot industrial lease in Cudahy, approximately seven miles south of Milwaukee. The building is located at 200 E. College Ave. Pat Hake, Bill Langhoff and Steve Sewart of Colliers International brokered the lease transaction.
In-Rel Purchases Office Tower in Downtown Louisville from Torchlight Investors for $32M

LOUISVILLE, KY. — In-Rel Properties has acquired Meidinger Tower, a 26-story, 331,172-square-foot office tower located at 462 S. 4th St. in downtown Louisville. In-Rel purchased the asset from New York City-based Torchlight Investors for $32 million. Ralph Smalley and John Merrill of HFF, along with Mark Wardlaw and Lenisa Alvey of NAI Fortis Group, represented Torchlight in the sale. Renovated in 2006, Meidinger Tower was 97 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Computershare, Mountjoy Chilton Medley, Cotiviti, River Road Asset Management, Seiller Waterman, Northwestern Mutual and TQL.
