LINCOLNSHIRE, ILL. — bswift, an Aetna company that provides healthcare technology and benefits administration outsourcing services, has signed a 3,470-square-foot office lease in Lincolnshire. The company is expanding its Chicago office and will occupy new space at 1 Overlook Point in Lincolnshire Corporate Center. bSwift chose the space because of the location, amenities and available workforce nearby, according to a news release. New amenities currently under construction at the office property include a deli, Wi-Fi lounge, conference facility, fitness center and bike room. Jonathan Metzl of Cushman & Wakefield represented bswift in the lease transaction, while Nicholas Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co. represented ownership.

DRAPER, UTAH — Pluralsight has leased a 350,000-square-foot office property in Draper for its new worldwide headquarters. The space is located at 65 E. Highland Drive in an area known as Silicon Slopes. The enterprise technology learning company will break ground on its new office this summer. Pluralsight will lease the land from the Gardner Co./Staker Co., which owns the property and will develop Pluralsight’s new campus. Pluralsight will consolidate existing operations from Farmington and South Jordan to its new campus once it’s completed in late 2019. Newmark Grubb ACRES represented Pluralsight. GARLAND, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 40,000-square-foot industrial lease at 850 S. Jupiter Road in the northeastern Dallas metro of Garland. Brett Lewis and Corbin Blount of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, supply chain management firm Galaxy Global Logistics. HURST, TEXAS — JLL has arranged the sale of a 13,900-square-foot retail property located at 340 Grapevine Highway in the eastern Fort Worth metro of Hurst. Frost Bank owned and occupied the single-tenant property, which was purchased by Westover Hurst LLC. Pat McDowell and Todd Burnett of JLL represented Frost Bank in the sale. Mack House of The Westover Group represented the buyer. The sale includes the 2.1 acres of land surrounding the building.

CLAYTON AND MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO. — Gershman Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of two office buildings near St. Louis. Tim Balk of Gershman represented the seller, CUNA Mutual Financial Group Inc., in both transactions. BMO-1 The Westport LLC purchased a 91,131-square-foot building located at 11960 Westline Industrial Drive in Maryland Heights for $6.2 million. The property was 78 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Kantar Health, YOH Services and Lindenwood University. VAD Realty LLC purchased a 20,838-square-foot building located at 222 S. Meramec Ave. in Clayton for $2.7 million. The Class B property is situated next to Two Twelve Clayton, a newly completed multifamily development.

RCG LLC purchased the multifamily property from Winthrop Shore Drive for $5.2 million. The property comprises two 19-unit apartment buildings with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Robert Tito and Gina Barroso of NAI Hunneman represented the seller and procured the buyer in deal.

COMMACK, N.Y. — Island Associates has arranged the purchase of a retail property located at 6233 Jericho Turnpike in Commack. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property for $3.2 million. Situated on 1.9 acres, the site was a former car dealership and features a 15,000-square-foot building. The buyer plans to redevelop the property into a retail use. Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented the buyer, while Bruce Nelson of CBRE represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
