Fred Segal Sunset will feature a variety of retail offerings, a café, fitness studio, salon, wine shop, florist and indoor/outdoor restaurant.

SAN FRANCISCO — Buckhorn Grill has signed a 10-year lease for a restaurant space located at 619 Market St. in San Francisco. The tenant plans to open a 6,571-square-foot restaurant at the space, which was formerly occupied by Boudin Bakery, in May 2017. Andrew Lindsey of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, while Mary Kate Banchero and Courtney Griffin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, CPF 33 New LLC, in the transaction. Buckhorn Grill currently operates 10 restaurants in Northern California.
GREENVILLE, S.C. — Big V Capital LLC has acquired Haywood Plaza, a 93,357-square-foot shopping center located in Greenville, for an undisclosed price. The property is located across from Haywood Mall, one of the three largest malls in South Carolina. The Local Cue, Bargain Hunt and Portofino’s restaurant anchor the center, which is also home to tenants including Asian Supermarket, Alpine Ski Center, Clothes Mentor, Sally Beauty, Tony’s Pizza and Reed’s Uniforms. The seller in the transaction was undisclosed.
NEW YORK CITY — A joint venture between CIM Group, Kushner and LIVWRK has acquired a land parcel at 85 Jay St. in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood from Watchtower Real Estate for an undisclosed price. The partnership plans to develop a mixed-use project on the parcel, which is currently a 135,000-square-foot parking lot. Additional details of the development have not been released. In August, the joint venture acquired a 739,000-square-foot property at 25-30 Columbia Heights in Brooklyn.
Sentry Commercial Negotiates $1.2M Sale of 155,890 SF Industrial Facility in East Hartford, Connecticut

EAST HARTFORD, CONN. — Sentry Commercial has arranged the sale of an industrial facility located on four acres at 225 Prospect St. in East Hartford. Teds Fourth LLC acquired the 155,890-square-foot facility from The Mooney Family LLC for $1.2 million. Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.
NEWTON, CONN. — RHYS represented Market Hospitality Group in the signing of a new lease at Village Lexington Gardens, located at 32 Church Hill Road in Newtown. The 3,500-square-foot space will be occupied by 5th Market Place Kitchen & Bar, a New American-style restaurant. The new restaurant is slated to open in July 2017. Ryan Stranko and Tyler Lyman of RHYS represented the tenant, while Doug Rose of Coldwell Banker Scalzo Group represented the landlord, Mesa General Contractors, in the deal.
DENVER — Castle Lanterra has acquired the 369-unit Alexan Sloan’s Lake apartment community in Denver for $102.8 million. The community is located at 1550 Raleigh St. Alexan Sloan’s Lake features 9,000 square feet of first-floor retail. The property is part of a 19-acre mixed-use redevelopment of the former Saint Anthony Hospital campus. The development will eventually contain up to 150,000 square feet of retail and office space. Jeff Hawks, Terrance Hunt, Doug Andrews, Shane Ozment and Chris Cowan of ARA Newmark represented the seller, a joint venture between Trammell Crow Residential and an institutional investor.
SAN DIEGO — TH Real Estate, a division of TIAA Global Asset Management, has acquired BLVD63, a 1,379-bed student housing community located near San Diego State University. Community amenities include a clubhouse, media room, game room, fitness center and study lounges. The seller was not disclosed.
FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS — Stream Realty Partners has brokered the lease of industrial space located at Mercer Business Park – Building 4 in Farmers Branch. Moore Supply Co., a distributor of plumbing products, has leased 105,800 square feet of space from Billingsley Development Corp. Eric Crutchfield and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty Capital represented the tenant in the transaction.
DEL VALLE, TEXAS — Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) has facilitated the sale of an industrial property located at 3039 E. Highway 71 in Del Valle, a suburb of Austin. The 28,840-square-foot property sold for an undisclosed price. Ryan Wilson of ECR represented the undisclosed buyer, while Clinton Sayers of Sayers Real Estate Advisors represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.
