GoPro, Other Tenants Lease Space in Mixed-Use Building in Miami’s Wynwood District

MIAMI — CBRE has arranged multiple leases at a retail, showroom and office development located at 48 N.W. 25th St. in Miami’s Wynwood district. The lease transactions include GoPro leasing 4,469 square feet, Scripps Network leasing 4,640 square feet and Cooltech Inc. leasing 3,713 square feet. Existing tenants at the recently renovated building include Revlon, Shorecrest Construction and Bieffe Designs. Each suite in the Wynwood property features 22-foot ceilings, updated restrooms, new HVAC and polished cement floors. Zach Winkler and Kevin Gonzalez of CBRE represented the landlord, Forte Capital Management, in each transaction. Will Morrison of JLL represented GoPro, and Dave Steinfeld of JLL represented Scripps Network.

M&M Arranges Sale of 34,813 SF Self-Storage Property in Metro San Antonio

UNIVERSAL CITY, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Storage & Moving Logistics, a 34,813-square-foot self-storage facility located in the San Antonio suburb of Universal City. Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Karr and Cunningham also secured the buyer, a local investor. Storage & Moving Logistics is located at 115 Villa Drive. The property is situated on 3.8 acres and features a newly renovated on-site manager’s residence, perimeter fencing and lighting, keypad gated entry and 24-hour video surveillance. The property is comprised of 218 drive-up units and 90 uncovered parking spaces.

HESS is the only occupant in the two-level, freestanding building located at 5430 Westheimer Road. HESS moved into the property in 1996. Cignature Realty Arranges $9.4M Sale of Multifamily Building in Manhattan

NEW YORK CITY — Cignature Realty Associates has brokered the sale of a multifamily building located at 546 Isham St. in the Inwood section of Manhattan. Hillcrest Acquisitions acquired the five-story corner building from Geisinger Equities for $9.4 million, or $249 per square foot. Built in 1928, the 37,700-square-foot property features 49 apartments in a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Lazer Sternhell and Peter Vanderpool of Cignature Realty represented the buyer and seller in the deal.

Marcus & Millichap Negotiates $7.3M Sale of Three-Unit Townhome in Manhattan

NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a three-unit townhome located at 426 W. 22nd St. in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood. A private investor acquired the residential rental property for $7.3 million, or more than $1,577 per square foot. The three-story property features a garden-level three-bedroom duplex with a private garden, a second-floor two-bedroom unit with terrace and a third-floor two-bedroom duplex with terrace. Peter Von Der Ahe, Joe Koicim and Josh Grossman of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller and buyer in the deal.

Gastone and Maria Elena Lopez sold the property for $700,000. The 6,000-square-foot property features a gas station and four retail units. Marcus & Millichap Negotiates $1.7M Sale of Apartment Community in Minnesota

A private investor acquired the property for $1.7 million. The residential community comprises a six-unit, market-rate apartment building and a 24-unit student housing complex that serves the nearby Itasca Community College. GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has arranged the sale of a vacant 6,000-square-foot building, located at 532 Ottawa Ave. NW in Grand Rapids’ North Monroe District. Tom Korest and Peter Mason sold the property to Promotional Impact/Green Giftz for an undisclosed price. The buyer is currently renovating the space and plans to move into the location by the end of the year. Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the sellers, while Joe Rizqallah of Signature Associates represented the buyer, business owner Karen Scarpino, in the transaction.

Friedman Brokers Acquisition of Industrial Building in Michigan

CLAWSON, MICH. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has arranged the acquisition of an industrial building located at 1303 Anderson Road in Clawson. Stelkic Industrial LLC sold the 13,050-square-foot property to Electric Blue LCC for an undisclosed price. Electric Blue is the holding company for Detroit Tuned, which will move into the building later this year. Detroit Tuned is currently located in Clinton Township, Mich. The company specializes in selling, installing and developing aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for Mini Coopers. Josh Miller of Friedman represented the buyer in the transaction.
