EAST ST. LOUIS AND EDWARDSVILLE, ILL., AND CREVE COEUR AND WASHINGTON, MO. — L3 Corp. has arranged four leases totaling 32,391 square feet of retail space in Illinois and Missouri. In East St. Louis, Menyoun Jordan d/b/a Balloons R Us leased 2,150 square feet of retail space at State Street Shopping Center. L3 Corp. represented the landlord, State Street Shopping Center LLC, in the deal. In Edwardsville, Ross Dress for Less inked a deal for 25,000 square feet of retail space at Dierbergs Edwardsville Crossing from GCE Outparcels LLC. L3 Corp. represented the tenant in the transaction. In the third deal, BARRESTL2 LLC d/b/a barre3 leased 2,241 square feet of space at Heritage Place in Creve Coeur from Ramco-Gershenson Properties LP. Kevin Shapiro of L3 Corp. represented the tenant. In the final transaction, Sterling Inc. d/b/a/ Kay Jewelers signed a deal for 3,000 square feet of space at Phoenix Center II in Washington from PC II Vertical LLC. L3 Corp. represented the tenant and landlord in the deal.

BROOKLYN CENTER, MINN. — Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq, on behalf of landlord The AtWater Group, has arranged the lease of 9,800 square feet of office space at Concorde Executive Center in Brooklyn Center, a suburb of Minneapolis. United Food and Commercial Workers will move into the space by Nov. 1. With this lease, the six-story property’s occupancy rate is 67 percent. Aaron Barnard of Cushman & Wakefield Northmarq represented The AtWater Group in the deal.

HACKENSACK, N.J. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of Continental Plaza, a landmark corporate property located at 401, 411 and 433 Hackensack Ave. in Hackensack. Capstone Realty Group and JD Cos. acquired the three-building complex from a Miami-based special servicer for $63 million. The 650,000-square-foot office was 72 percent leased at the time of sale. Jacklene Chesler of Colliers, along with her team, brokered the transaction.

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. — BEB Real Estate has leased 56,000 square feet of office and industrial space to Cintas Corp. The Cincinnati-based company will occupy space on the first and second floors at 12 Harbor Park Drive in Port Washington. Lee Brodsky, Dan Oliver and Dan Marcus of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, BEB Real Estate, in the deal.

LINDEN, N.J. — Milbrook Properties has signed three new tenants to Aviation Marketplace, its 644,565-square-foot shopping center located at 601-901 W. Edgar Road in Linden. In the first deal, Massage Envy Spa inked a 10-year lease for 2,598 square feet of space. Jeffrey Realty and RJ Brunelli Real Estate co-brokered the transaction. In the second lease, European Wax Center signed a 10-year deal for 1,522 square feet of space. Jeffrey Realty and RJ Brunelli Real Estate also co-brokered this lease. In the final transaction, Source Plasma Manufacturing leased 3,661 square feet of space for 11 years. Jeffrey Realty co-brokered the deal. Additional tenants at the center include Shop Rite, The Home Depot, Marshalls, Old Navy, AC Moore, The Avenue, Applebee’s, Ten Spot, GNC, Allstate and GameStop.

HOUSTON — NAI Partners has represented Bombshelter Diesel Supply LLC in the lease of a 42,525-square-foot distribution/warehouse space located at 21401 Park Row Drive in Houston. Bombshelter Diesel Supply is a subsidiary of Dieselcore. The company is a diesel core supplier to engine and parts remanufactures, as well as parts distributors. John Ferruzzo and Darren O’Conor of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Bombshelter Diesel Supply LLC, in the negotiations. Darryl Noon and Brain Gammill of Transwestern represented the landlord, MCA Mason Creek Owner LLC.

ESCONDIDO, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has arranged the purchase of a gas station station site located at 2825 Auto Parkway in Escondido. ASAP Investments acquired the 28,750-square-foot lot, which includes a 1,050-square-foot retail/service station, for $2 million. The buyer plans to rebrand the site, which was formerly a Valero, as an independent gas station. Trent France of Lee & Associates – North San Diego and Kent Moore of Palomar Commercial represented the buyer, while Mack Langston and Kris Boehmer of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller, KGD Enterprises, in the deal.

NATIONAL CITY, CALIF. — Pacific Coast Commercial arranged the acquisition of a drive-thru building and lot located at 1825 Highland Ave. in National City. Sire Trust acquired the 800-square-foot building and 10,125-square-foot site from Officer Family Partnership for an undisclosed price. Weinerschnitzel restaurant occupies the building. Martin Alfaro of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the buyer, while Steve Rotsart of Coldwell Banker West represented the seller in the deal.
