The property is located on a 75.5-acre site at 14045 Abercorn St., which is situated at the northwest corner of Abercorn Street and Apache Avenue. Bass Pro Shops, Target, Dillard’s, Burlington Coat Factory and Virginia College anchor Savannah Mall. The seller, SSF Savannah Properties LLC, sold the mall for an undisclosed price to Savannah Mall Realty Holding LLC. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS’ Atlanta office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.

The Aztec Fund acquired the assets for an undisclosed price. CBRE’s Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado, Jared Chua, Robert Hill and Pete Van Amburgh arranged the transaction on behalf of Myers & Crow. Dominion Legacy spans 92,250 square feet and serves as the headquarters of CompuCom Systems Inc. CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 101,382-square-foot industrial lease located at 1255 Champion Circle in Carrollton. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Value Lighting, a supplier of lighting fixtures and ceiling fans for multifamily residences, in the lease transaction. StoneLake was the landlord.
HOUSTON — Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors has arranged a lease for A+UP, a local charter school that will move to a new location at 3353 Elgin St. in the historic Greater Third Ward of southeast Houston. Waterman Steele’s Tami Pearson and Sage Klement represented A+UP in the transaction. Bob Parsley of Colliers International represented the landlord, Change Happens. A+UP Charter Schools was founded in 2013. Students range in age from 11 to 14. A+UP enrolls 60 students and plans to increase enrollment to 180 students within three years.
UNION CITY, N.J. — Sun Equity Partners has acquired Silk Mill Lofts, a historic commercial building located at 540 39th St. in Union City, for an undisclosed price. The buyer has a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program planned for the 125,000-square-foot property — which is dedicated to artist-work spaces — to upgrade the exterior, common spaces, building systems and loft-style studios. The property is currently 55 percent occupied by practicing artists and creative professionals involved in the visual arts, photography, sculpture, painting and glass works. Lee Levine Architects is serving as architect for the renovation of the property, which was originally built in 1874.
SOMERSET, N.J. — Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired an industrial property, located at 70 Schoolhouse Road in Somerset, for $9.1 million. Situated on 6.9 acres, the 86,000-square-foot building features 12 dock-high and one grade-level loading positions and parking for 61 cars. At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent leased to one undisclosed tenant.
NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of an industrial warehouse located at 214 40th St. in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property for $6 million, or $437 per square foot. The 13,730-square-foot building features three drive-in garage bays with curb cuts, elevators, a new high-grade industrial hot water boiler, 3,000 amps of electricity and office space on the third floor. Aaron Warkov, Adam Ecker, Daniel Arnel and Michael Purcell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.
YORK, PA. — Bennett Williams Commercial has arranged the sale of a retail building located at 575 Maryland Ave. in York. SJK LLC purchased the property from 1221 Associates Inc. for $1.4 million.
