NEW YORK CITY — Big City Realty has acquired an apartment building located at 605 W. 151st St. in Manhattan’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Waterbury Realty Management sold the six-story, 31,000-square-foot property for $7.6 million. Built in 1920, the property features 25 apartment units and 14,136 square feet of air rights. Peter Vanderpool and Lazer Sternhell of Cignature Realty Group represented the buyer and the seller in the deal.

NEW YORK CITY — GFI Realty Services has arranged the sale of a pair of five-story, walk-up apartment buildings in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood. CSG Equities acquired the properties, which are located at 218-220 Park Place, for $6.6 million. The buyer plans to convert the buildings, which total 7,300 square feet, into luxury condominiums. Isaac Moskowitz and Yosef Katz of GFI Realty represented the seller, while Sasha Berg, also of GFI Realty, represented the buyer.
NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of net-leased property located at 310 E. Houston St. in Brooklyn as part of a 1031 exchange. An undisclosed New York-based purchaser acquired the 4,753-square-foot property, which is 15-year absolute net-leased to Manhattan AltSchool, for $6 million. Arthur Kaplan and Lisa Sickinger of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a developer. Barbara Dansker and Matt Fotis, also of Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of property that was relinquished by the buyer.
ATLANTA — Atlanta-based Peachtree Hotel Group has purchased 10 hotels in the Southeast and Midwest for a combined $183 million. Four hotels are under contract for acquisition and the other six properties are in various stages of development. PHG’s management arm will operate all 10 hotels upon closing, which is expected within the next 60 days. The four properties under contract for acquisition span nearly 600 rooms and include two Hampton Inns, an Aloft and a DoubleTree conversion. The six hotels under development represent nearly 700 rooms across four states and include Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Starwood brand affiliations. Peachtree’s current portfolio comprises 65 hotel assets totaling 6,672 rooms.
ANN ARBOR, MICH — Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI), in a joint venture with a foreign investment client, has acquired the 149‐room Hampton Inn Ann Arbor for an undisclosed price. LEI plans to renovate the guest rooms, bathrooms and fitness center. Amenities at the hotel, located at 925 Victors Way, include an indoor pool and spa tub, fitness center, complimentary hot breakfast and a 24-hour business center. Hodges Ward Elliott represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
SNELLVILLE, GA. — Publix Super Markets Inc. has purchased Publix at Centerville, a 68,752-square-foot shopping center located at the southeast corner of Centerville Highway and Centerville-Rosebud Road in Snellville, a Gwinnett County suburb of Atlanta. CBRE’s national retail investment group represented the seller, GDC Properties Inc., in the transaction. Publix at Centerville was 94 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Publix, Subway and GNC.
COLUMBIA, MD. — NAI KLNB has brokered the $19.6 million sale of Stonewood Business Center, a four-building office/warehouse development in Columbia, roughly 21 miles southwest of Baltimore in Howard County. The assets span nearly 150,000 square feet and are located at 7165-7195 Oakland Mills Road. The 7165 and 7175 buildings were delivered in 1985, and in 2009, the seller, an affiliate of The Sanford Cos., renovated the two existing buildings and delivered two new buildings. Eight tenants currently occupy the four buildings. Christopher Kubler and Bob Smith of NAI KLNB represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was J2J LLC.
MEDLEY, FLA. — Avison Young has arranged Primesource Building Products’ 139,105-square-foot lease renewal at 11700 N.W. 100th Road in Medley. Primesource will continue to fully occupy the industrial facility, which is situated within Flagler Station, South Florida’s largest business park. Primesource is a distributor of fasteners and building materials. Wayne Schuchts and Andrew Bonner of Avison Young represented the tenant in the lease deal. Flagler Global Logistics is the developer of Flagler Station, which will span 14 million square feet on 900 acres upon completion. Other Flagler Station tenants include FedEx, Ryder System and Crowley.
HOUSTON — CBRE has arranged a 14,240-square-foot office relocation for D&M Auto Leasing in Houston. D&M Auto Leasing, a Dallas-based auto leasing company, also operates locations in Dallas, Fort Worth and Grand Prairie. The company will be relocating its office from the Galleria area to Executive Plaza at 4635 Southwest Freeway. Kevin Saxe of CBRE’s Houston office represented D&M Auto Leasing in market analysis, site selection and lease negotiations with the landlord, EP Office Holdings LP. John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Co. represented EP Office Holdings. D&M Auto Leasing is expected to occupy the new space this fall.
BOSTON — Colliers International has brokered the sale of a medical office building located at 147 Milk St. in Boston. Multi-Employer Trust, advised by Bentall Kennedy, purchased the property form an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust for $33.2 million. The 52,337-square-foot building is fully leased to Atrius Health, parent of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Doug Jacoby, Scott Dragos, Tony Hayes, Tim Mulhall and Dan Hines of Colliers represented the seller and secured the buyer.
