Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. NRNS Acquisition 2101 Commercial LLC, a company backed by local entrepreneur Howard Dvorkin, purchased the office building from RFP Mainstreet 2101 Commercial LLC. Michael Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver represented the buyer in the transaction, and Warren Weiser, Harry Blyden and Mark Goldstein of Continental Real Estate Co. represented the seller. The buyer has retained William Kahn of NAI Rauch Weaver to lease the property.
CARY, N.C. — Avison Young has arranged the $7 million sale of a 58,950-square-foot office building located at 201 Shannon Oaks Circle in Cary, a city in the Raleigh-Durham metro area. The two-story building is situated at the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Cary Parkway. Gary Lyons, Blake Thomas and Grant Linderman of Avison Young’s Raleigh office represented the sellers, REC Shannon Oaks LLC and Shannon Square Holdings LLC, in the transaction. Frank Norvell of Norvell Real Estate Group represented the buyer, Richmond, Va.-based Real Estate Value Advisors LLC.
WARREN, MICH. — Colliers International has brokered the sale of an 18,820-square-foot industrial building in Warren, approximately 20 miles north of Detroit, for an undisclosed price. Z & Z Properties LLC sold the property, located at 6795 E. 9 Mile Road, to Holman Holdings 2 LLC. Brent Beshears of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.
NORTHLAKE, TEXAS — E Smith Realty Partners has secured 309,357 square feet of industrial space for Wesco Aircraft Holdings in Northlake. Wesco Aircraft is a distributor and provider of supply chain management services to the aerospace industry. The new industrial warehouse should be complete in the third quarter. Brad Struck and Jim Hazard of E Smith Realty represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
KATY, TEXAS — NAI Partners has represented Jet Line in a 30,375-square-foot lease in a newly constructed multi-tenant industrial building located at 21401 Park Row Drive in Katy. NILES, ILL. — Adelphia Properties has brokered the sale of Niles Shopping Center, a 24,050-square-foot retail property in Niles, approximately 15 miles northwest of Chicago, for $1.9 million. The two-building center, located at 7519 and 7457 N. Milwaukee Ave., is anchored by AutoZone. The majority of the remaining tenants are healthcare service providers. Simeon Spirrison of Adelphia Properties represented the buyer in the transaction. Both parties in the deal were private investors.
MOUNT CLEMENS, MICH. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has brokered the sale of a 4,320-square-foot retail building in Mount Clemens, approximately 30 miles northeast of Detroit. Johnny G’s Bar & Grill occupies the building located at 27 N. Walnut St. Macomb Development Group LLC sold the building to JWH Capital IX LLC, a Royal Oak-based affiliate of Hanna Development & Management Co., for an undisclosed price. The purchaser bought the Macomb Music Theatre, which is next door and shares an interior door with Johnny G’s Bar & Grill, in February. Josh Miller of Friedman represented the seller in the transaction.
NASHVILLE, TENN. — The Boulder Group has brokered the $6.9 million sale of a single-tenant store triple net leased to Walgreens at 5555 Edmondson Pike in Nashville. The 15,680-square-foot store is located at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Edmondson Pike. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a high net worth individual based in Chicago, in the transaction. The buyer was a Midwest-based family office. There are 13 years remaining on the recently extended Walgreens lease, which expires in April 2029.
LEXINGTON, S.C. — Ziff Properties Inc. has sold Colonnade at White Knoll, a 22,466-square-foot retail center located in Lexington. A North Carolina-based buyer purchased the property from Ziff Properties in a 1031 exchange for $4.3 million. Berkeley Capital represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
