EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — NAI James E. Hanson has arranged the sale of The Landmark, a two-building property located at 33 Route 17 South in East Rutherford. The Hampshire Companies, through one of its funds, acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. Situated on 3.2 acres, the mostly vacant site consists of a 25,000-square-foot catering facility and a 53,000-square-foot industrial building. The property is zoned regional commercial and offers 225 feet of frontage along Route 17 South. The buyer plans to redevelop the site with a 100,000-square-foot self-storage facility and a convenience store with a gas station. Andrew Somple and Greg James of NAI Hanson represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

DALLAS — All Risks Ltd. has leased 10,168 square feet at 3 Park Central located at 12700 Park Central Drive in Dallas. Younger Partners’ Heather Shover, Kathy Permenter and Sean Dalton represented the landlord, McKnight Realty Partners, in the extension of 5,110 square feet and expansion of 5,058 square feet for the wholesale specialty insurance broker.

It was vacant at the time of sale. Tom Trombatore of Colliers International represented KT Properties. The seller was Hudson Pacific Properties.

Raj Patel and partners purchased the Clarion Inn & Suites from R&K Investment Corp. Robert Pliska of SVN| Property Investment Advisors brokered the sale.

BAKERSFIELD, HANFORD AND CLOVIS, CALIF. — Retail California, a division of Pearson Realty, has arranged three retail leases totaling 29,936 square feet. In the first transaction, Panda Express signed a lease for 26,136 square feet of retail space at 4925 E. Brundage Lane in Bakersfield from Equity Retail LP. Lewis Smith of Retail California represented the tenant, while Bo Lundy of JBL Commercial represented the landlord in the deal. In the second transaction, Dunkin’ Donuts leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 1695 W. Lacey Blvd. in Hanford from Passco Hanford Mall LLC. Smith represented the landlord, while Trampis Chandler of Commercial West represented the tenant in the transaction. In the third deal, Sprint Store by Wireless Lifestyle inked a lease for 1,800 square feet of space at Trading Post Shopping Center in Clovis from DN Clovis LLC. Smith and Peter Orlando of Retail California represented the landlord, and Ariel Fox of Retail West represented the tenant in the transaction.
