OMAHA — Investors Real Estate Trust has sold the Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital in Omaha for $24.3 million to the in-place tenant. The 61,758-square-foot facility is located at 2808 S. 143rd Plaza. The hospital provides services such as physical therapy, diagnostic imaging, surgery and rheumatology. The facility also features an infusion clinic. Investors Real Estate Trust primarily invests in income-producing medical office and apartment properties located in the upper Midwest.

CHICAGO — Thor Equities has acquired a 6,500-square-foot mixed-use building in Chicago. West Loop Orthopedics sold the property, located at 1229 W. Randolph St. in the Fulton Market district, for $1.9 million. The two-story building consists of 3,250 square feet of vacant ground-floor retail space and 3,250 square feet of loft office space occupied by West Loop Orthopedics. The building was constructed in 1883. Joseph Goodman of Terraco Co. represented all parties in the transaction.
BOURBONNAIS, ILL. — The Silver Group has arranged the sale of a retail building net leased to Jiffy Lube in Bourbonnais, approximately 60 miles southwest of Chicago, for an undisclosed price. McRanCo LLC sold the property to a private limited liability company completing a 1033 tax-deferred exchange. Heartland Automotive Services, the largest Jiffy Lube operator in the nation, manages the 2,000-square-foot property located at 598 William Latham Drive. The tenant has occupied the building for over 15 years and recently signed an additional 15-year, triple net lease. The Silver Group was the sole broker in the exchange.
LEXINGTON, KY. — NAI Isaac Commercial Properties has brokered the $17.5 million sale of two office/warehouse developments in Lexington totaling more than 400,000 square feet. The buyer, a private investment company, purchased the properties from BRE Imagination PMA LLC, a division of The Blackstone Group. The properties were a portion of a portfolio originally purchased from GE. Bruce Isaac and Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties brokered the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — Akelius Residential Property AB has acquired a six-building multifamily property in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill for $57 million. Built in 1930, the asset features 86 apartment units. The name of the seller was not released. With this transaction, Akelius now owns 1,013 apartments in New York City.
SADDLE BROOK, N.J. — NAI James E. Hanson has arranged the sale of a medical office building located at 190 Midland Ave. in Saddle Brook. Brook Development LLC sold the 18,140-square-foot property to a private buyer for an undisclosed price. The two-story building houses three operating rooms and a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations outpatient surgical center. Additionally, the facility is outfitted with fiber optic cables, integrated services digital network Internet access and ample covered parking. Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and Hal Messer of NAI Hanson represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — TerraCRG has arranged the sale of a multifamily building located at 82 16th St. in the Park Slope/Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The asset sold for $3.5 million, or $572 per square foot. The four-story, 6,240-square-foot property features 16 rent-stabilized apartment units. Adam Hess, Eddie Setton and Kirill Galperin of TerraCRG were the sole brokers in the transaction. The names of the seller and buyer were not released.
Fortis Property, Joy Construction Sell Newly Developed Residential Property in Brooklyn

NEW YORK CITY — Fortis Property Group and Joy Construction Corp. have completed the disposition of Atelier Williamsburg, a newly developed residential property located at 239-261 N. Ninth St. in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, for an undisclosed sum. Completed in 2015, the 120-unit property features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, a 24-hour doorman, rooftop deck with barbecues and skyline views, resident lounge with billiards table and entertaining kitchen, landscaped courtyard and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Andrew Scandalios, Jeff Julien and Rob Hinckley of HFF represented the seller in the transaction. The name of the buyer was not released.
DRACUT, MASS. — The Stubblebine Company has arranged the sale of an industrial building located at 20 Commercial Drive in Dracut. 303 Broadway Nominee Trust acquired the 55,890-square-foot property from LB Investment Group LLC for $3.1 million. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Cielo Property Group has purchased a five-story office building located at 900 Congress Ave. in downtown Austin. The 64,000-square-foot building includes nine levels of off-site accessory parking at 816 Colorado St. Cielo purchased a 15-story office tower located across the street at 823 Congress Ave. in 2014. The company plans to upgrade the Art Deco-style building with a renovation of the lobby and elevators, as well as improvements to its streetscape and canopy. This is the sixth downtown Austin property that Cielo has acquired since it was founded in 2010. The company also owns three historic mixed-use buildings at 315, 319 and 323 Congress Ave., as well as 601 W. Third St., where it plans to break ground on a 29-story office tower called Third + Shoal later this year.
