DES PERES, MO. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged a lease for The Quarters of Des Peres, a 147-bed skilled nursing facility in the St. Louis suburb of Des Peres. The landlord, a private equity fund based in Dallas, will lease the community to local operator MGM Healthcare. MGM currently operates 30 facilities in the Midwest, and its headquarters are less than 10 miles from The Quarters. Blueprint’s Jacob Gehl and Ben Firestone were the lead advisors on the transaction.

WEST ALLIS, WIS. — Siegel-Gallagher has brokered the sale of a multifamily property in West Allis, approximately six miles from Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. The Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis purchased the eight-unit building from the Milwaukee Center for Independence. The property is located at 7402 W. Washington Ave. Patrick Gallagher, Matson Holbrook and Max Schultz of Siegel-Gallagher brokered the transaction.

Carlex Glass America LLC will occupy the space at Oakland Office Commons, located at 1225 E. Big Beaver Road. Carlex Glass America is a global Tier 1 supplier of original equipment and replacement glass for the automakers and aftermarket industries. Stuart Frankel Development Co. is the landlord. HOUSTON — Ensinger, a global producer of engineering plastics, has purchased a 61,875-square-foot manufacturing facility under construction on nine acres at 12331 Cutten Road in Houston. Clay Development & Construction was the seller. Completion of the one-story building is scheduled for summer 2016. The design/build project is the 14th building in Cutten Road Business Park, a 165-acre site acquired by Clay in 2008. The business park is now 90 percent developed. Charlie Christ of Clay Development & Construction represented the seller in the transaction. The Ensinger building includes a 20-ton crane, dust collection systems, gas-fired ovens, built-in equipment foundations and a 900-square-foot canopied area. Situated on Cutten Road at Highway 249, the business park is accessible from Sam Houston Parkway/Beltway 8 and offers BNSF rail access. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Jordan Featherstone of IPA represented the seller and procured the buyer. The community is located at 5455 Rowley Road. The Palazzo’s one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans average 1,099 square feet and feature stainless steel and black appliances, granite countertops, porcelain tile flooring and freestanding showers. Common area amenities, which are maintained by a condominium owners association, include reserved parking, a pool, fitness center, business center, breezeways, picnic area and playground.

LINCOLN, NEB. — HSA Commercial Real Estate has acquired a 42,040-square-foot medical office building in Lincoln for an undisclosed price. Elizabeth Park South Medical Center is located at 4501 S. 70th St. and is fully leased by The Physician Network’s East Lincoln Internal Medicine, Lincoln Pediatric Group and Lincoln Behavioral Group. The three tenants have occupied the building since it opened in 1996. Dana Hamric and Jonathan Kesler of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, MJM-MED LLC, in the transaction.

SANTA CLARA, CALIF. — Telenav has relocated its office space from Sunnyvale to Santa Clara. The wireless, location-based services company has sublet 54,635 square feet from Avaya. It signed a five-year lease that will commence April 1. The new space is located at 4655 Great America Parkway. It is situated within a 318,000-square-foot, Class A office building that sits adjacent to the new Levi’s Stadium. AUBURN, WASH. — CenterPoint Properties has acquired a 152,155-square-foot distribution facility in Auburn for an undisclosed sum. The facility is located at 3702 C St. NE. It will be leased to FedEx Ground and will serve as one of the firm’s primary Western Washington distribution and sorting facilities. Matt Wood, Andy Miller and Todd Battison of Kidder Mathews represented both CenterPoint and the unnamed seller in this transaction.
