WILTON, CONN. — JRT Realty Group, working in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield, has arranged four leases totaling 23,595 square feet at Wilton Woods Corporate Campus, located at 10 and 20 Westport Road in Wilton. The two-building, Class A office park is owned by TIAA-CREF. Property Group Partners has signed a five-year, 6,874-square-foot lease on the third floor of the 341,207-square-foot building at 20 Westport Road, and Stonebridge Advisors has inked a 10-year deal for 6,642 square feet of first-floor space at the 197,512-square-foot building at 10 Westport Road. Property Group Partners, which serves as property manager of the complex, represented itself in transaction, while Stonebridge Advisors was represented by Thomas Pajolek of CBRE. Additionally, at the 10 Westport Road building, Sierentz Fund renewed its 5,879-square-foot lease and Louis Dreyfus Family Office renewed its 4,200-square-foot lease. TIAA-CREF was represented by Greg Smith of JRT Realty Group and Kevin Foley and William Montague of Cushman & Wakefield in the transactions.

Curry Restaurant, Southern NH Services and Bruce Carey Insurance opened a total of 3,600 square feet at Colony Mill Marketplace, while Adecco and Prospect Place joined Center at Colony Mill with a total of 2,500 square feet. ITHACA, N.Y. — STREAM Capital Partners has arranged the sale of a 2,480-square-foot two-tenant retail property in Ithaca. A private investor purchased the property for $640,000 at a 6.25 percent cap rate. The property was under a short-term existing ground lease to the current tenants, Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery. Susan Harris of STREAM Capital Partners represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. — P.F. Chang’s, an Asian-inspired bistro, will open a new restaurant at ONE DAYTONA, the planned 300,000-square-foot mixed-use and entertainment destination set to open in 2017. The project will be located across from Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach. P.F. Chang’s will open its new 5,500-square-foot restaurant within the project’s Victory Circle section. Other tenants that have recently signed leases at ONE DAYTONA include Hy’s Toggery and Kilwins Confections. Additionally, Shaner Hotels and Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) announced the name of the new Marriott Autograph Collection hotel — The DAYTONA — and the flag for their select-service hotel — Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Prime Group also serves as the developer for an approximate 268-unit residential apartment community, originally planned for a later phase and now part of the initial phase of ONE DAYTONA.

MARYSVILLE, OHIO — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 13,026-square-foot retail center in Marysville, approximately 33 miles northwest of Columbus, for $1.6 million. Millcreek Center was 84 percent occupied at the time of sale, and tenants include Subway, Anytime Fitness, All Smiles Family Dental Care and TK Nails. A private, out-of-state investor sold the asset, located at 15590 U.S. Route 36, to a local investor. C.J. Jackson, Erin Patton, Scott Wiles and Craig Fuller of Marcus & Millichap listed the property on behalf of the seller.

KALAMAZOO, MICH. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has brokered the sale of a 96-unit apartment building in Kalamazoo for an undisclosed price. Ravine Apartments LLC sold the building to Ravine Apartment Limited Partnership and Princeton Enterprises. The property is located at 3510 N. Drake Road. Rick Tabbi of Friedman represented both parties in the transaction.

BANDERA, TEXAS — Old Capital has arranged a loan for the purchase of Purple Sage Ranch in the San Antonio suburb of Bandera. The property spans 543 acres and was purchased by Josh and Lisa Lannon. The property is about 45 minutes northwest of San Antonio and will be converted to a private drug and alcohol treatment center under the name of Warrior’s Heart. Old Capital arranged a 25-year, fully amortizing loan at a 75 percent loan-to-value ratio. The loan included a fixed interest rate for the first five years.

TOMBALL, TEXAS — Northpointe Crossing LLC has purchased 4.3 acres located on Tomball Parkway near Northpointe Boulevard in Tomball. Christopher Winters of Colliers International represented the seller, Eastbourne Northpointe I, and R1 Brokerage represented the purchaser in the transaction. Northpointe Crossing is a local real estate developer specializing in retail and office development.

DALLAS — Lee & Associates has completed a lease transaction for 630,000 square feet of space located at 1 Mountain Creek Parkway in Dallas with Niagara Bottling, which will use the facility to distribute its water and flavored drinks to the contiguous 48 states. Vision Realty Dedham LLC sold the two-story building to Dedham MOB LLC an entity controlled by Whelan Associates, for $6.4 million. Built in 2012, the 22,388-square-foot building is located off Route 128 within walking distance of Legacy Place and the commuter rail. The main tenant of the building is Greater Boston Urology. Garry Holmes and Dean Blackey of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the seller in the transaction.
