HOUSTON — NAI Partners has secured a 91,200-square-foot industrial lease at 9010 W. Little York Road in northwest Houston on behalf of Favorite Brands, a distributor of alcoholic beverages. John Ferruzzo and Nick Peterson of NAI Partners represented Favorite Brands in the lease negotiations. Matteson Hamilton of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, KTR Hou IV LP.

NEW ALBANY, IND. — Everhealth Properties LP, a subsidiary of Everest Healthcare Properties LLC, has acquired New Albany Medical Center, a 60,000-square-foot medical office building in New Albany, roughly six miles west of Louisville. The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company acquired the asset through its tax-deferred IRS Section 721 program. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed. At the time of sale, New Albany Medical Center was 95 percent occupied, with a weighted average lease term of almost five-and-a-half years. The seller was not disclosed. The 721 program is designed to offer investors access to high-quality medical office real estate that has the potential for long-term capital appreciation.

MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of a 38,793-square-foot flex office building in Mount Prospect, 22 miles northwest of Chicago, for $4.2 million. The property is located at 585 Slawin Court and is fully leased to Siemens Real Estate, a division of Siemens Corp. The building was constructed in 1987. John Abuja and Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer was also not disclosed.

SEATTLE — Kennedy Wilson (KW) has purchased four multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest. The portfolio contains a total of 996 units. Prices were not disclosed. The transaction includes the 210-unit Latitude in Happy Valley, Ore., and the 264-unit Heatherwood in Gresham, Ore. It also includes two multifamily assets in the greater Seattle and Portland areas containing a total of 522 units. KW purchased the assets through a 1031 exchange. The firm recently sold the 615-unit Summer House in Alameda, Calif., for $231 million and Gardner House, a 75,600-square-foot office building in Dublin, Ireland, for $73 million. The sales are expected to generate a profit of $130 million for KW.

YONKERS, RYE AND LARCHMONT, N.Y. — Harrison, N.Y.-based Stillman Property Management has acquired three multifamily properties in the greater New York City metropolitan area totaling 406 units for an undisclosed price. The properties are Hudson View Owners Corp., a 249-unit cooperative located at 632, 650 and 678 Warburton Ave. in Yonkers; Milton Harbor House, an 88-unit cooperative located at 720 Milton Road in Rye; and Larchmont Hills Owners Corp., a 69-unit cooperative located at 17 N. Chatsworth Ave. in Larchmont. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a development site located at 2433 Pitkin Ave. in Brooklyn. A private investor acquired the site for $1.1 million. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use property featuring 32 residential units and ground-floor retail space on the site. Jakub Nowak, Jim McGuckin and Thomas Brennan of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, and the buyer in the deal.

DUNMORE, PA. — Hinerfield Commercial has arranged the sale of an industrial property located at 150 Grove St. in Dunmore. A coffee manufacturer from New Jersey acquired the property for an undisclosed price. The buyer plans to move its operations to the 166,499-square-foot facility. The facility was originally constructed in 1919 as a silk mill. The name of the seller and acquisition price were not released.

NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. — Island Associates has brokered the acquisition of a retail property located at 170 Windsor Highway in New Windsor. An undisclosed buyer purchased the property for $5.7 million. QuickCheck occupies the 7,254-square-foot property, which is situated on 2.9 acres. Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented the buyer, while Matthew Gorman of CBRE represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — Prestige Properties has purchased Centerton Square, a shopping center located at 2 Centerton Road in Mount Laurel. Black Creek Diversified Property Fund sold the property for $130 million. A 426,436-square-foot Wegman’s grocery store anchors the more than 700,000-square-foot regional shopping center. At the time of sale, the property was fully leased to a variety of tenants, including DSW Shoes, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond and Burlington, which is slated to open soon.

WILTON, CONN. — Avison Young has brokered the sale of a development site located at 200 Danbury Road in Wilton. The Kent House LLC sold the parcel to 200 Danbury Road LLC for $1.2 million. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use residential and retail center on the site. Sean McDonnell and Alison Luisi of Avison Young represented the seller in the deal.
