Midway Windows and Doors Inc. will lease the space at 5321 W. 65th St. Bill Kerrins of Paine/Wetzel TNC Worldwide represented the tenant in the transaction. MF Discala & Co. acquired the property from Fifty One Belamose LLC for $2.3 million. The 35,000-square-foot property is fully occupied and will provide a long-term cash flow for the new owner. Nicholas Morizio and Ian Hunt of Colliers represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.

The bank is consolidating its Cheshire and Wallingford, Conn., offices into the four-story, 150,000-square-foot office building. Webster Bank will occupy the first, second and third floors of the building, which was formerly occupied by The Hartford. Jay Morris and Robert Gaucher of O,R&L represented the landlord, Executive 200 LLC, while Drew Saunders of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Rodeway Inn & Suites Downtown North Austin, a 49-room hospitality property located in Austin. Chris Gomes of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap’s San Antonio office and Jake Gaddy of the firm’s Austin office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Michael Yu, Rahul Bijlani and Agrama Mannapperuma of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office procured the buyer, an individual/personal trust. Rodeway Inn & Suites Downtown North Austin is located at 6201 E. Highway 290, less than one-half mile east of the I-35 intersection. Originally constructed in 1963, the recently renovated hotel is situated on 1.6 acres. Amenities include an outdoor pool, picnic area and breakfast bar.

FORNEY, TEXAS — Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of I-20 Self Storage in Forney. The facility consists of 484 climate and non-climate controlled units with 52,600 net rentable square feet. The property was 82 percent occupied at the time of closing. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold of Bellomy & Co. marketed the property on behalf of the Dallas-based seller. Bellomy, Johnson and Arnold procured the Greenwood Village, Colo.-based buyer, National Storage Affiliates (NSA). NSA owns and operates 277 self-storage facilities in 16 states. Bellomy & Co. is an Austin, Houston and Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm with a team exclusively focused on the self-storage industry.

GREEN BAY AND APPLETON, WIS. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of four Cottage Living assisted living and memory care communities in Green Bay and nearby Appleton for $18.4 million. Blueprint represented the undisclosed seller, which sold the properties to a non-traded real estate investment trust. At the time of sale, the portfolio was 92 percent occupied. The purchase price equates to approximately $150,000 per unit and there are 123 units. The buyer partnered with an operator from the West Coast. The portfolio will represent the new operator’s first entry into the Wisconsin market. Jacob Gehl of Blueprint was the lead advisor on the transaction.

MIAMI — Colliers International has brokered the $65 million sale of the Holiday Inn Port of Miami located at 340 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. Roughly 1.1 miles from the Port of Miami, the hotel will be the site of the proposed World Trade Center of the Americas, a 77-story mixed-use project that will feature 400 condominiums, 240 hotel rooms, 270,000 square feet of retail space and 246,000 square feet of office space, according to the Miami Herald. The city of Miami’s Urban Design Review Board has approved site plans for the project. An entity run by Gilberto Bomeny, the developer of the World Trade Center of the Americas, known as 340 Biscayne Owner LLC purchased the site from Marina Park Inn LLC. Larry Stockton and Jeff Resnick of Colliers International’s South Florida office brokered the sale.

SILVER SPRING, MD. — H&R Retail has arranged a 42,000-square-foot lease transaction with Dave & Buster’s at Ellsworth Place in downtown Silver Spring, roughly six miles north of Washington, D.C. The entertainment venue and restaurant was previously located at the former White Flint Mall in Bethesda, Md. David Ward and Sean Harcourt of H&R Retail represented the landlord, Petrie Ross Ventures, in the lease transaction.

Farragut Pointe Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, TENN. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $11.9 million sale of Farragut Pointe, a 71,406-square-foot office building located at 11132 Kingston Pike in Knoxville. Formerly a retail building, the office property was 100 percent leased at the time of sale to office and medical office tenants. Gary Lee, Paul Johnson, Korey Prefontaine, Don McMinn, Zachary Taylor and Tyler Fish of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an unnamed private partnership, in the transaction. Jason Yukins of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company. Michael Fasano is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in Tennessee.

MENIFEE, CALIF. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Sun City Plaza, a retail center located at 26100 Newport Road in Menifee, a southwestern suburb of Los Angeles, for $10.2 million. The seller, a developer, recently repositioned the former Alberston’s into a multi-tenant property. New tenants include 99 Cents Only, Fitness 19 and True Value. Dixie Walker, Charley Simpson, Tom Blake and Andrew Milne of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction. The name of the buyer was not released.
