FLAGSTAFF, ARIZ. — The Shoppes at Osgood LLC has acquired a 27,711-square-foot office building in Flagstaff for $7.3 million. The two-story building is located at 399 S. Malpais Lane. The Class A asset was built in 2014 just west of Northern Arizona University. It is about 85 percent leased to tenants like CollegeAmerica, NextCare Urgent Care and Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates PC. Matt Olson of Property Resource Group represented the buyer. CBRE’s Andrew Fosberg, Dylan Brown and Jeffrey Pion represented the seller, Anthem Boise LLC, in this transaction.
QUINCY, MASS. — NKF has brokered the sale of Heritage Point, an office building in Quincy. Grander Capital Partners and North Colony Asset Management acquired the property from Campanelli for $28.3 million. At the time of sale, the 160,912-square-foot Class A office building was 85 percent occupied. On-site amenities include a fitness center, conference areas and a full-service café with an exterior deck featuring water views. The asset is one of three buildings within Heritage Landing, which was originally acquired by the joint venture of Campanelli and Dallas-based Trigate Capital in 2013 and 2014. Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen, James Tribble, Samantha Hallowell, Michael Frisoli and Tyler McGrail of NKF represented the seller in the deal.
CHICAGO — Foresite Realty Partners LLC has arranged the sale of 215 W. Ohio St. in Chicago for an undisclosed price. The 47,880-square-foot office building is located in the heart of the River North neighborhood. Ryan Nelson of Foresite Realty represented the undisclosed seller. Tyler Hague of Colliers International represented the buyer, an entrepreneurial real estate investor with other holdings in Chicago.
ONTARIO, CALIF. — A California-based investor has acquired the 160-unit Metro 102 Apartments in Ontario for $35 million. The community is located at 102 N. Lemon Ave. It sits adjacent to City Hall, Ontario Town Square and Euclid Avenue. The affordable apartment community was built in 2009 on a podium garage. It is 98 percent occupied. Community amenities include a resident lounge, pool table, swimming pool, gym and courtyard. Boxwood Industrial Park to Acquire Former General Motors Assembly Plant in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, DEL. — Boxwood Industrial Park LLC, an affiliate company of Harvey, Hanna & Associates, has agreed to acquire the former General Motors assembly plant site, located at 801 Boxwood Road in Wilmington, for an undisclosed price. Wanxiang America Inc. is selling the 142-acre site, which includes more than 3 million square feet of former automobile manufacturing space, for an undisclosed price. Built in 1946, the site most notably served as a General Motors assembly plant until it closed in July 2009. The company plans to announce redevelopment plans for the site in the coming weeks.
Gebroe-Hammer Facilitates $14M Sale of 20-Property Multifamily Portfolio in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA — Gebroe-Hammer Associates has brokered the sale of a 20-property multifamily portfolio in Philadelphia. A private investor acquired the 83-unit portfolio from West Village UCA for $14 million. Situated on the 3200 block of Powelton Avenue, 11 of the properties (3201-3027) are on the odd side of the street while two are even-numbered buildings (3214 and 3220). The 3214-3218 Pearl St. properties feature three two-unit townhomes with patios and garages, as well as an additional loft in two of the units. The properties at 311-313 N. 33rd St. include a 24-unit building with an adjacent parking lot. The portfolio comprises a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts, totaling 144 beds. Eli Rosen of Gebroe-Hammer Associates represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.
BURBANK, CALIF. — The Switch has subleased 24,700 square feet of space at KCETLink’s facilities at The Pointe in Burbank. The Switch will serve as the outsourced provider of all broadcast origination, master control and technical services to KCET and Link TV. The outsourcing decision comes after KCETLink Media Group received $63 million in auction proceeds. The deal includes the acquisition of the master control assets, production (studio and remote) facilities and certain satellite transmission assets. JLL’s Carl Muhlstein and Nicole Mihalka represented KCETLink in the sublease.
HARTFORD, CONN. — RBH Group has acquired a long-vacant commercial building, located at 370 Asylum St. in Hartford, for $20 million. RBH Group plans to redevelop the building into Teachers Corner Hartford, a mixed-use space. The development will feature market-rate and affordable residential units, space for educational opportunities and cultural performances, as well as restaurant and retail components. Laurie Grasso and Douglas Hoffmann of Hunton & Williams advised in the acquisition. Teachers Corner Hartford represents the first transaction in RBH Group’s national rollout of its Teachers Village concept following the first Teachers Village project in Newark, N.J., a $150 million, 23-acre mixed-use community. Teachers Corner Hartford is a realization of RBH Group’s continued joint venture with the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group and its partnering with Hartford’s Community Solutions and The Prudential Social Investment Group, with funding provided by the City of Hartford and various Connecticut state agencies.
NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a two-building multifamily portfolio located at 128 and 130 First Ave. in Manhattan’s East Village. HUBB NYC acquired the assets from a private investor for $12.2 million. The two five-story walk-up buildings feature 16 one-bedroom apartments and three ground-floor commercial units. John Stewart, James O’Leary, Dylan Torey and David Thurston of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and secured the buyer in the deal.
