ONTARIO, CALIF. — Infiniti of Montclair has acquired a four-acre land parcel on Inland Empire Boulevard at the Meredith International Centre in Ontario for $4.9 million. The buyer plans to relocate its existing car dealership to a new facility. Construction is slated to be completed in 2018. Chuck Noble, John Hatzis, Dave Hunsaker and Brett Meredith of Lee & Associates represented the buyer and seller, Craig Development Corp., in the deal.

NewMark Merrill Cos. Negotiates Restaurant Lease at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks

THOUSAND OAKS, CALIF. — NewMark Merrill Cos. has signed a new restaurant at Janss Marketplace, a shopping center located at the Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. Azi Grill, owned by Mazen Nadour, will feature Mediterranean cuisine, as well as American fare.
NEW YORK CITY — Kamber Management Co. has entered into a contract to acquire the Riverside Garage portfolio of parking facilities on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for an $50 million. The 916-parking stall portfolio consists of three parking garages located at the base of five residential towers located at 80, 100-120 and 220-240 Riverside Blvd. The properties are fully leased to Icon Parking Systems, a garage operator in New York City. David Schechtman of Meridian Capital Group represented the undisclosed seller, while Steven Levy of Kamber Management represented the buyer in the deal.
NORTH WALES, PA. — CBRE has brokered the sale of The Shoppes at English Village, a lifestyle center located at 1460 Bethlehem Pike in North Wales. MetLife Real Estate acquired the 103,188-square-foot property from Stanbery Development for an undisclosed price. Trader Joe’s, CorePower Yoga, CycleBar, Turning Point, Anthony Vince Nail Spa, Scout & Molly’s, Sephora and J. Crew Mercantile are tenants at the property. Brad Nathanson and John Colussi of CBRE represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.
ACTON, MASS. — Atlantic Management has completed the disposition of Powder Mill Plaza, a retail property located in Acton. Medipower acquired the shopping center for $16.3 million. Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, Anytime Fitness, DCU, Papa Gino’s and Dunkin’ Donuts, among other national retailers, occupy the 74,876-square-foot property. Geoffrey Millerd, Justin Smith, Paul Penman and Christopher Peterson of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in the deal.
BOSTON — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a residential redevelopment property located at 27-29 Isabella St. in Boston’s Bay Village neighborhood. Marist Fathers sold the property New Boston Ventures for $11.4 million. The buyer plans to redevelop the property into nine high-end residential condominiums. Chris Sower, Scott Dragos and Tom Hynes of Colliers represented the seller, while Harry Collings of New Boston Ventures provided in-house representation for the buyer in the deal. Stephen Horan and Patrick Boyle, also of Colliers, procured acquisition and construction financing from Hingham Institution for Savings for the buyer.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a retail property located in Syracuse. A limited liability company sold the property to a private investor for $5.3 million. Rite Aid occupies the 12,738-square-foot property on a net-lease basis. Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer in the deal.
MARYSVILLE, WASH. — JRK Property Holdings has acquired the Carroll’s Creek Landing apartment complex in the Seattle suburb of Marysville for $60 million. The community is located at 18111 25th Ave. Carroll’s Creek was built in 2002. It features two- to four-bedroom units. Community amenties include a welcome center, basketball half-court, clubhouse with fireside lounge, and barbeque/picnic area. Kenny Dudunakis, David Sorensen and Ben Johnson of Berkadia represented the seller, Maryland-based Gateway Trident LLC, in this transaction.
INDIANAPOLIS — Plymouth Industrial REIT Inc. (NYSE: PLYM) has acquired two Class B industrial properties in Indianapolis for $16.9 million. Located in Shadeland I-70 Business Park near I-70 and I-495, the portfolio consists of a 562,497-square-foot building and a 44,374-square-foot building. The properties are 94 percent leased to five tenants including Pratt Visual Solutions and MicroMetl. Boston-based Plymouth currently owns and manages 20 properties spanning approximately 5 million square feet of space in six states.
COTULLA, TEXAS — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Cowboy Inn Cotulla, a 60-room hotel locate at 145 FM 468 West in Cotulla, about 90 miles southwest of San Antonio. Andrew Frosch, Chris Gomes, Robert Arzola and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Leilani Tedeski of Marcus & Millichap procured the buyer. Both parties were limited liability companies.
