Danny Cunningham and Brandon Karr of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Cunningham also secured the buyer, another private investor. Affordable Storage is located at 19238 Texas 62. The property was built in 2003 and was expanded in 2004 and 2005. The property features a manager’s office, perimeter fencing and lighting, garage-style roll up doors, personalized keypad entry, video surveillance and concrete driveways. Olympus Property Legends at Ridgeview Ranch

PLANO, TEXAS — In a joint venture, Olympus Property and Artemis Real Estate Partners have acquired Legends at Ridgeview Ranch, an apartment complex in Plano. The property is a Class A, 480-unit community built in 1999. It sits on 34 acres along the Ridgeview Ranch Golf Course near Legacy Business Park. The joint venture plans to spend about $2 million to complete an interior renovation and to enhance common areas. Olympus Property will manage the property.

Seventeen15-Enclave-HFF

HOUSTON — HFF has arranged financing for Seventeen15 Enclave, a 206-unit, Class A apartment complex in Houston. HFF worked on behalf of the borrower, Allen Harrison Co., to secure the 10-year, fixed-rate loan with five years of interest-only payments through MC Five Mile Commercial Mortgage Finance. The property is located at 1715 Enclave Pkwy. near Eldridge Parkway and Briar Forest Drive in west Houston. The apartment property is 95 percent leased and offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging between 733 square feet and 1,205 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, game room and coffee bar. Cortney Cole and Chris Rider led HFF’s debt placement team.

WAYNE, MICH. — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 30-unit apartment building in Wayne. The property is located at 3670 S. John Hix Road. The apartment building was fully occupied at the time of sale. Jack Williams of Colliers International represented the buyer, GHI Properties LLC, which purchased the property as a second part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.

BOSTON — Faros Properties has purchased 20 Ashburton Place, an eight-story office building in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood, for $9.85 million. Built in 1968, the 48,580-square-foot building is occupied by Massachusetts Teachers Association, Beacon Hill Staffing Group and Beacon Hill Consulting Group. Frank Petz, Jessica Hughes and Robert Borden of JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

WILMINGTON, DE. — Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 3,400-square-foot restaurant and bar located at 115 East Main St. in Wilmington. Mainline Enterprises LLC purchased the property for $1.35 million from LGLB Inc. Currently doing business as 16 Mile Taphouse, the restaurant is affiliated with Georgetown’s 16 Mile Brewing Company. Joe Latina of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC represented both the buyer and seller in the sale-leaseback transaction.

SENATOBIA, MISS. — Hart Corp. has brokered the sale of a 198,723-square-foot facility on an 18.7-acre site in Senatobia. Jim Belcher and Bart Hardison of Hart Corp. represented the buyer, Calbee North America LLC, a Japanese joint venture. Colliers International represented the seller, The Hollingsworth Co., in the transaction. Tim Climer of the Tate County Economic Development Foundation and Emlyn Jackson of the Mississippi Development Authority assisted in attracting Calbee North America LLC to the facility.

PRINCETON, TEXAS — Dougherty Mortgage has arranged a $1.2 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Hazelwood Apartments, a multifamily property located in Princeton. The 10-year loan includes a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged by Dougherty’s Dallas office for the borrower, Tenant Landlord Connection Properties LLC.
