Trans Global Solutions is an industrial developer and transportation services provider. The company operates in several refineries, chemical plants, ports and terminals, and manages rail operations and rail car storage at Cedar Crossing in Baytown. SALT LAKE CITY – The 9,234-square-foot Metro Place office building in Salt Lake City has sold to a local social security disability law firm for an undisclosed sum. The building is located at 243 East 400 South. The law firm plans to occupy the space. The seller, ACRES Metro LLC, was represented by Mark Jensen, of Newmark Grubb ACRES.
LAKEWOOD, COLO. – A 41-unit apartment building in Lakewood has sold to a 1031 Exchange buyer for $4 million. The community is located at 375 S. Depew Street, near the Belmar Shopping Center. The buyer was represented by Jeff Johnson of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors’ Johnson Ritter Team. The unnamed seller was represented by Josh Newell of the firm’s Newell Team.
HOBOKEN, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sales of two apartment buildings in Hoboken. 406 Madison, an eight-unit apartment building, sold for $1.1 million, and 120 Jefferson, an eight-unit residential building, sold for $1.3 million. Steven Matovski and Lawrence Conway of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office had the exclusive listings for both properties. Additionally, Matovski and Conway secured all-cash, non-contingent offers for the properties.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Trinity Capital Advisors and joint venture partner DRA Advisors LLC, has acquired a 33-story, 584,315-square-foot office building located at 400 S. Tryon St. in downtown Charlotte for an undisclosed price. The building is 92 percent leased, with Duke Energy as its anchor tenant. Rob Cochran, Bill Collins, Jud Ryan and Craig Evans of Cassidy Turley represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Trinity Partners has been hired to lease and manage the asset.
LAKE COMO, N.J. — Four Springs Capital Trust, a privately traded REIT, has purchased five properties in the Southeast and Midwest for a combined $34 million. The assets include a 71,917-square-foot Academy Sports + Outdoors in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; a 71,514-square-foot Academy Sports + Outdoors in Jonesboro, Ark.; two 9,026-square-foot Dollar Generals located in Yulee and Middleburg, Fla.; and a 226,756-square-foot industrial asset leased to Gander Mountain Co. Inc. in Lebanon, Ind. The properties are all subject to long-term triple net leases.

Other tenants at the location include Target, Ross Dress for Less, Bealls, Office Depot and Cost Plus World Market. America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is headquartered in metro Atlanta and has more than 350 locations across the United States. Dawn Greiner and Ryan Johnson of SRS Real Estate Partners, along with Kathryn Bieber Knoll of Cassidy Turley, represented the tenant in the transaction. The Class A community is located at 1700 N. 103rd Ave. The Village at Gateway was built in 2004 near the intersection of Interstate 10 and the Loop 101 freeway. Community amenities include a clubhouse with kitchen, fitness center, business center, resort-style pool and spa, children’s playground and community volleyball court. The seller, PEM Real Estate Group, was represented by David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis of Cassidy Turley.
