LAS VEGAS — NS8 has leased 12,890 square feet of office space at the Holsum Design Center (Lofts) in downtown Las Vegas. The online abuse, fraud and user experience protection platform will be the anchor tenant at the 46,000-square-foot center, which was formerly a bread factory. NS8 took occupancy of the space on March 1. The center is located at 241 W. Charleston Blvd. LaPour redeveloped the site in 2004. In addition to NS8, the building is home to architects, designers, real estate firms and financial firms, as well as other professional and creative users. Holsum is also home to Lola’s, A Louisiana Kitchen restaurant.

HOUSTON — Levey Group, a Houston-based industrial developer, has signed an industrial lease with Omnisource, a processor and distributor of scrap metals. The tenant will occupy 48,276 square feet within Northwest Industrial Park, a 7.9-acre business park in Houston. The 64,850-square-foot, multi-tenant building that will house Omnisource features 32-foot clear heights, as well as dock-high and grade-level loading ramps.

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — Next Level Urgent Care has leased 2,770 square feet of retail space at Augusta Woods Village in the northern Houston metro of The Woodlands. The new clinic is the company’s 12th location in the Houston area. Ryan Dierker and Tuan Nguyen of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented Next Level Urgent Care in the lease negotiations. Joey Lumsden of Evergreen Commercial represented the landlord, Augusta Equities LLC.

NEW YORK CITY — Anbau, a Manhattan-based full-service real estate development firm, has purchased an as-of-right new construction development located at 620 W. 153rd St. in Manhattan’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Verizon sold the site for $22.5 million. The site consists of two two-story parking garages with more than 120,000 sellable square feet. Anbau will develop two luxury residential condominium buildings with a shared common landscaped courtyard and on-site parking on the site. Construction is slated to commence this spring. Goldman Sachs is providing pre-construction financing. Bob Knakal, Josh Kuriloff, Jonathan Hageman and Patrick Yannotta of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

EDISON, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a retail property located in Edison. A private investor acquired the property for $1.2 million. Chase Bank occupies the 3,910-square-foot property on a net-leased basis. Alexander Pildes and Michael Lombardi of Marcus & Millichap represent the seller, a private investor, while Pildes, Lombardi and Greg Babaian, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer in the deal.

BETHLEHEM, PA. — Markward Group has brokered the sale of a retail building located at 1635 Broadway in Bethlehem. Noosh Inc. sold the property and liquor license to Mariam’s Restaurant LLC for an undisclosed price. The 4,051-square-foot property was formerly occupied by 6 Pack Shop. Chip Miers and Ann Kline of Markward Group represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.

GARLAND, GRAPEVINE AND MCKINNEY, TEXAS — Greystone Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of the Grand Brook Portfolio, a trio of memory care communities in the DFW metroplex totaling 114 units. The Class A properties were developed between 2004 and 2006 and are located in Garland, Grapevine and McKinney. Cody Temper and Mike Garbers of Greystone represented the seller in the transaction. Other terms of sale were not released.

BRISBANE, CALIF. — DHL Global Forwarding has leased a 76,375-square-foot industrial warehouse building in the San Francisco Bay Area submarket of Brisbane. The building is located at 99 S. Hill Drive. The full complex contains 165,000 square feet on seven acres. The building features 22-foot clear height, 15 loading docks, two grade-level openings, sprinklers and trailer/employee parking. There is immediate access to US 101 and to the Bayshore Commuter Rail. The property is close to San Francisco International Airport and the Port of Oakland. Greig Lagomarsino and Mike Davis of Colliers International represented DHL, while Joe Harney of HCM Commercial Properties represented the landlord in this transaction.

SKYC Management acquired the property for $4.5 million. The five-story, 20,930-square-foot building features 23 apartment units and three commercial units. Guthrie Garvin and Karl Brumback of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of an apartment building located at 433-439 Miller Ave. in Brooklyn. An undisclosed private investor purchased the 25-unit property for $3.8 million. Shaun Riney, Thomas Shihadeh, Daniel Greenblatt, William Grover and Jonathan Cypers of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, and the buyer in the deal.
