FRISCO, TEXAS — Henry S. Miller Cos. (HSM) has secured a 1,800-square-foot retail lease at Preston Hickory Crossing in Frisco. Verizon Wireless will occupy the space and open for business during the third quarter. Paul Vernon and Sean Lockovich of HSM represented the landlord, BAUG Corp., in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.

ORLANDO, FLA. — Dominium has purchased Lake Weston Point Apartments, a 240-unit multifamily community in Orlando. Constructed in 1999, the affordable housing community is located near Nassau Bay Apartments, another property owned by Dominium. The Minneapolis-based company has unveiled plans for renovations to the Lake Weston Point, including updates to the clubhouse, fitness room, swimming pool, playground equipment and sports court. Improvements to security equipment, exterior lighting, landscaping, roofing and sidewalks will also be made on an as-needed basis. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.
BRICK, N.J. — Gebroe-Hammer Associates has arranged the sale of Olympic Gardens, a mixed-use property located along Route 88 in Brick. Brick APTS LLC acquired the property from Longwood Ave LLC for $10.1 million. The property features an 80-unit multifamily complex and an adjacent 14,336-square-foot office building. Joseph Brecher and Adam Zweibel of Gebroe-Hammer represented the seller and secured the buyer in the deal.
O,R&L Commercial Facilitates Sale of 133,283 SF Industrial Park in North Haven, Connecticut

NORTH HAVEN, CONN. — O,R&L Commercial has arranged the sale of an industrial park located at 222 Universal Drive in North Haven. The 11-building park totals 133,283 square feet; each building is on separate utilities. Corporate Drive Properties acquired the park from Branco Inc. for $3.7 million. Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, while Bryan Atherton of Northeast Investment Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
LAKE GROVE, CARLE PLACE AND VALLEY STREAM, N.Y. — NAI Long Island has brokered deals for three new corporate locations for AT&T Mobility in Lake Grove, Carle Place and Valley Stream for a total transaction value of $15.5 million. Al Centrella of NAI Long Island brokered the three transactions on behalf of AT&T Mobility. The company acquired a 4,164-square-foot retail space located at 2093 Smith Haven Plaza in Lake Grove. Matthew O’Grady of C&B Realty represented the undisclosed seller. In Carle Place, AT&T leased a 5,000-square-foot retail space at 235 Old Country Road from Jim Dalta of Park East LLC. In the third transaction, AT&T leased 4,500 square feet of retail space within Plaza at Green Acres in Valley Stream from Jeremy Isaacs of Ripco Realty in conjunction with Macerich.
ROCHESTER, MINN. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 5,156-square-foot property net leased to Applebee’s in Rochester for $4.3 million. The building is located at 3794 Marketplace Drive Northwest. Adam “AJ” Prins, Matthew Hazelton, Cory Villaume and Sean Doyle of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The team also represented the buyer, a Twin Cities-based family that acquired the property as part of a 1031 exchange.
INDIANA — Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) has acquired two properties in Indiana that are net leased to K-MAC Enterprises LLC for $3.4 million. The seller was not disclosed. The properties are occupied under individual triple-net leases with new 20-year terms negotiated by FCPT prior to closing. FCPT plans to remodel both properties in the next four years, which will include the transformation from a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant to a Taco Bell exclusively at one of the properties. K-MAC is one of the largest YUM! Brands franchisees, with over 280 Taco Bell and KFC units across the Midwest and Southeast.
FENTON, MICH. — Community Threads has signed an 11,328-square-foot retail lease at Fenton Towne Center in Fenton, about 18 miles south of Flint, Michigan. The property is located at the intersection of Leroy Street and Dauner Road. Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord, Fenton Towne Center, in the lease transaction. Community Threads, a quality thrift store, is slated to open in the third quarter of this year.
SAN ANTONIO — NAI Partners has brokered the sale of a 31,926-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 1930 Hormel Drive in San Antonio. Brett Lum and Clare Flesher, both of NAI, and Tak O’Haru of White Cube represented the buyer, Takumi Stamping Inc., an Ohio-based producer of automotive parts. Ty Bragg of Cavender Hill Properties represented the seller, Forumex LLC.
AUBURN HILLS, MICH. — NAI Farbman has negotiated the sale of a 19-acre industrial site in Auburn Hills. The sales price was not disclosed. Developer Cunningham-Limp purchased the property, located at Dutton and Bald Mountain roads. The site has the flexibility to house multiple buildings, ranging from 85,000 to 200,000 square feet, and is in close proximity to Fiat Chrysler Automotive headquarters, General Motors Lake Orion Assembly Plant and Oakland University. NAI Farbman will also serve as leasing agent for the property, which has the potential for 2017 occupancy.
