CAMP HILL, PA. — PREIT is repositioning Capital City Mall near Harrisburg with multiple new tenants, including the Dick’s Sporting Goods to replace Sears. The company has executed leases with Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Dave & Buster’s to remerchandise the 614,000-square-foot mall, located at 3506 Capital City Mall Drive in Camp Hill. The 11,500-square-foot Fine Wine & Good Spirits will be adjacent to the Dick’s Sporting Goods space, which is already under construction. Both tenants are slated to open this fall. Additionally, Dave & Buster’s will open a 28,000-square-foot location — its first in the region — at the property in fall 2018. Current tenants at the property include JCPenney, Macy’s, DSW, Old Navy, Field & Stream, Forever 21, Victoria’s Secret, Kay Jewelers, Bath & Body Works, Buckle, H&M and Build-A-Bear Workshop.

NEW YORK CITY — RKF has arranged two leases for new locations for Bonobos and Lush Cosmetics in New York City. Bonobos has leased 2,500 square feet of space at 173 Court St. in Brooklyn’s Cobble Hill neighborhood. The men’s clothing store is slated to open this month. The retail space consists of 1,700 square feet on the ground floor and 800 square feet in the lower level of a four-story brick townhouse. Justin Fantasia of RKF represented the tenant, while Ike Bibi, also of RKF, represented the landlord, Industrie Capital Partners. In the second transaction, Lush Cosmetics leased 2,600 square feet of retail space within Hotel Belleclaire at 2175 Broadway in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The store, known for its fresh, handmade and ethical bath, body, hair and skincare products, is slated to open this fall. The location features 1,600 square feet of retail on the ground floor and 1,000 square feet of space on the lower level. David Abrams of RKF represented the landlord, Triumph Hotels, while Matthew Krell of Newmark Knight Frank represented Lush Cosmetics in the deal.

CHICAGO — Ankura Consulting has signed a 9,5000-square-foot office lease at 1 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago. The Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm provides advisory and expert services for corporate turnaround and restructurings, forensic investigations, compliance and regulatory government issues and cybersecurity. Ankura is building out its new office space on the 19th floor of the building while working out of temporary space on the 29th floor. The company is scheduled to occupy its new permanent space this fall. Kyle Kamin and Dan Persa of CBRE represented Ankura in the lease transaction, while Brad Despot of Avison Young represented the building owner, Irvine Cos.

CHERRY HILL, N.J. — Eastern Consolidated has brokered the acquisition of a free-standing retail property located at 504 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill. A private investor acquired the property from Phoenix Realty Group for $8.9 million. Walgreens occupies the property under a long-term triple-net lease. Evan Street and Matthew Leist of Eastern Consolidated represented the buyer, while Horvath & Tremblay represented the seller in the transaction.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. — CBRE|Syracuse has arranged the sale of a retail property located at 6901 E. Genesee St. in Fayetteville. A Miami-based private buyer acquired the two-building asset, which totals 7,285 square feet, from Lyndon Corners Plaza. The buyer plans to raze one building and renovate the remaining 3,000-square-foot building for use as a Verizon Wireless distributor location. Ed Kiesa and Marty Dowd of CBRE|Syracuse represented the seller, while Michael Hotarek of Eastern Retail Properties represented the buyer in the transaction.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CBRE Group Inc. has arranged the $72.5 million sale of a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial portfolio along the I-85 corridor in the Carolinas. The portfolio includes four warehouse and distribution buildings — one in Charlotte and one in Greensboro in North Carolina and two in Greenville, S.C. Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Anne Johnson, Bryan Crutcher, Trey Pennington and Dodson Schenck of CBRE represented the seller, Charlotte-based Beacon Partners, in the transaction to New York-based Gramercy Property Trust. The properties were 87 percent leased at the time of sale to anchor tenants including HD Supply, BMW Manufacturing, LeSaint Logistics and XPO Logistics.

PLAINSBORO TOWNSHIP, N.J. — KRE Group and Oxford Realty Group have acquired Addison at Princeton Meadows, a garden-style apartment complex located at 2821 Pheasant Hollow Drive in Plainsboro. An undisclosed seller sold the property for $73.3 million. Built in 1981, Addison at Princeton Meadows features 439 apartment units in a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts. On-site community amenities include an outdoor pool with sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a fenced-in bark park and exterior patios and balconies on each unit. Joseph Brecher of Gebroe-Hammer Associates arranged the sale and procured the buyer in the transaction.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Colliers International has negotiated the sale of 15 Corporate Place South, an office building in Piscataway. 15 Corporate Place LLC acquired the building from Corporate Place Partners for $9.1 million. Built in 1983 and renovated in 2013, the four-story building features 138,266 rentable square feet in 40,000-square-foot floorplates. At the time of sale, the property was 98 percent occupied by 75 tenants. Jacklene Chesler, Matthew Brown and Jack Callahan of Colliers arranged the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — TerraCRG has brokered the sale of a mixed-use building located at 87 Luquer St. in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn. An undisclosed buyer acquired the three-story, 6,875-square-foot building for $2.9 million. The property features a certificate of occupancy that allows for semi-industrial on the ground floor, office space on the second floor and residential space on the top floor. The building can also be completely rehabilitated for residential use. Dan Marks and Mike Hernandez of TerraCRG facilitated the sale. The name of the seller was not released.
