SURPRISE, ARIZ. — Scottsdale, Ariz.-based LevRose Commercial Real Estate has arranged the sale of a multi-tenant retail center in Surprise. Houston-based KM Skyway Commons LLC acquired the property from Denver-based Surprise Retail LLC c/o Northstar Commercial Partners for $2.6 million. Located at 12100 N. Dysart Road, the property features approximately 17,560 square feet of retail space for multiple tenants. Current tenants include Burn Boot Camp and Federico’s Mexican Food. Mark Cassell and Trenton McCullough of LevRose Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the deal.

LAFAYETTE, IND. — Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. has acquired a 350,000-square-foot industrial building in Lafayette for $25.5 million. The property is situated on 45 acres at 5440 Haggerty Lane. Toyota Tshusho America Inc. occupies the property on a net-lease basis for 10 years. The facility serves the 3.3 million-square-foot Subaru auto assembly plant, which is situated directly across from the building. The seller was not disclosed.
Embarcadero Capital Partners, PCCP Acquire 472,000 SF Office/R&D Campus in Silicon Valley

MILPITAS, CALIF. — Embarcadero Capital Partners and PCCP have purchased Park Point, a recently renamed office/R&D campus located at 115-155 N. McCarty Blvd. in Milpitas. Los Angeles-based Hudson Pacific Properties sold the asset for an undisclosed price. Situated on 30 acres, the campus features three buildings totaling approximately 472,000 square feet. The buyers retained HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm, to revitalize the property into a contemporary, creative workplace. Jeff Arrillaga, Shawn Kellenberger and Michael Saign of Newmark Knight Frank’s Silicon Valley offices represented the seller in the transaction.
JURUPA VALLEY, CALIF. — Davis Partners has completed the sale of Mira Loma Industrial Center South, an industrial park located in the Riverside County city of Jurupa Valley. An undisclosed buyer acquired the 172,898-square-foot asset for nearly $30 million. Part of a master-planned, 269,195-square-foot development by Davis Partners, Mira Loma Industrial Center South consists of five freestanding buildings on De Forest Circle and Nobel Court: Building 7 (31,093 square feet), Building 8 (30,684 square feet), Building 9 (39,722 square feet), Building 10 (33,773 square feet) and Building 11 (37,626 square feet). The property was completed in June and is the only new construction completion in the Jurupa Valley/Eastvale area this year, according to Cushman & Wakefield Research. Milo Lipon, Tal Siglar, Ryan Velasquez and Andrew Starnes of Cushman & Wakefield’s Ontario, Calif., office represented the seller in the deal.
PHOENIX — Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of Avenue 15, an apartment community located at 1609 W. Glendale Ave. in North Central Phoenix. A private investor sold the property to an undisclosed buyer for $14.7 million. Built in 1972, the 148-unit property underwent a reassembly campaign in 2017 and a condominium conversion approximately 12 years ago. Avenue 15 features 28 two-bedroom/one-bath apartments, 66 two-bedroom/two-bath units and 54 three-bedroom/two-bath apartments. Pete Te Kampe of Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office represented the seller, while Karl Abert of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the transaction.
Lucescu Realty Negotiates Sales of Two Shopping Centers in Northern California for $24.6M

OROVILLE AND AUBURN, CALIF. — Lucescu Realty has arranged the sales of two shopping centers located in Northern California. Community Centers of America sold the properties for a total of $24.6 million. A Sacramento, Calif.-based private development/investment company acquired Currier Square, a 131,017-square-foot, open-air community shopping center in Oroville, for $14.8 million. At the time of sale, the property was 88.5 percent leased to a variety of tenants, including Raley’s Grocery, Marshalls and Petco. The asset also includes four out-pad parcels positioned for redevelopment/buildout. A Los Angeles-based private investor purchased Crossroads Shopping Center, a 125,791-square-foot, open-air community shopping center in Auburn, for $9.8 million. Built in 1994, the property was 91.9 percent leased at the time of sale. Current tenants includes Safeway, Ross Dress for Less, CACFit, AutoZone and Famous Footwear. Mark Lucescu, Samer Khalil and Greg Wendelkin of Lucescu Realty represented the seller and procured the buyers in the deal.
Faris Lee Investments Arranges $11.5M Piecemeal Sale of Shopping Center in Lake Elsinore, California

LAKE ELSINORE, CALIF. — Faris Lee Investments has brokered $11.5 million in sales of three different properties to three different buyers within the Central Plaza Shopping Center in Lake Elsinore. The sales include a Marshalls, Panera Bread and a two-tenant sale of Pieology and Ono Hawaiian BBQ. HFC/PRP Elsinore LLC sold the properties to undisclosed buyers. Situated on 7.3 acres, the 66,000-square-foot property was completed earlier this year and was 100 percent pre-leased to national tenants upon commencement of construction. HARRISBURG, PA. — Realterm Logistics, a Maryland-based investment firm, has acquired a 311,000-square-foot distribution facility in Harrisburg. Built on 52 acres in 2004, the property features 37-foot clear heights, 99 dock-high doors, six drive-in doors and immediate access to I-76, I-83 and I-81. Brandon Moghimi and Brad Feller of Stan Johnson Co. represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The property was fully leased at the time of sale.
SALEM, ORE. — BHG Hotels has purchased DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salem, a full-service hotel located at 1590 Weston Court NE in Salem. An institutional seller sold the property for an undisclosed price. Built in 1997, the four-story hotel was converted to a DoubleTree in 2012. Situated on 1.5 acres, the 80-room property features 1,500 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and business center. The hotel also features Wake-up DoubleTree Breakfast Buffet, Pavilion Pantry Market and Press NW Bistro & Bar, an on-site restaurant. Scott Hall, Aaron Lapping, Blake Malecha and Nick Kassab of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the deal.
HIGHLAND, CALIF. — Developer Evergreen Devco has completed the sale of its newly developed retail project, a Jack in the Box restaurant, located at 27734 Base Line St. in Highland. An unnamed buyer acquired the 2,756-square-foot property for an undisclosed price with a signed a lease to a Jack in the Box franchisee. Jimmy Slusher of CBRE represented the developer and seller, Evergreen Devco, in the deal.
