CHICAGO — Black Creek Group has purchased three industrial buildings in metro Chicago for an undisclosed price. The properties include 2770 Alft Court in Elgin, 1881 Normantown Road in Romeoville and 351-355 Hastings Drive in Buffalo Grove. Each of the facilities is fully leased. Black Creek Group is a Denver-based real estate investment manager and development firm.

INDIANAPOLIS — A&G Realty Partners has arranged the sale of a 58,692-square-foot educational building in Indianapolis for $1.8 million. The facility was formerly an ITT Tech school owned and operated by now-bankrupt ITT Educational Services. Mercy Road Church has purchased the property with plans to operate the first floor as a church and lease the second floor to a coworking space for nonprofits and faith-based businesses. The sale marks the completion of A&G’s national disposition of 31 properties formerly owned by ITT Educational Services for a total of $88 million.
MOONACHIE, N.J. — Liberty Property Trust has acquired an industrial facility in Moonachie for $39.6 million. Located at 115 Moonachie Ave., the 168,800-square-foot property is fully leased and features 28-foot clear heights. Tom Monahan, Stephen D’Amato, Larry Schiffenhaus, Brian Fiumara of CBRE represented Liberty in the transaction. The seller was undisclosed.
VISTA, CALIF. — Ohio-based SITE Centers (formerly DDR) has completed the disposition of Vista Village, an entertainment-focused neighborhood shopping center in Vista. Las Vegas-based CFT Vista acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Built in 2003, the 195,009-square-foot property is occupied by Frazier Farms, Cinepolis, Wave Waterpark (not a part of the sale), Pets Plus and Crunch Fitness, among others. Jimmy Slusher, Eric Shain, Philip Voorhees and Reg Kobzi of CBRE represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CALIF., AND LAS VEGAS — Treehouse Real Estate Investment Trust has completed the purchase of two retail properties for a combined total of $33.5 million. Terms of the sales were not released. The properties are a retail storefront development on Highland Drive in Las Vegas and a 45,000-square-foot Dutch greenhouse in Desert Hot Springs.
PHOENIX — Simone Bell Tower LLC has completed the sale of Bell Tower Apartments, a value-add multifamily community located at 17216 N. 33rd Ave. in North Phoenix. KA Capital acquired the property for $26.3 million. Completed in 1986, Bell Tower Apartments features 224 units. Brad Goff, Brett Polachek and Chris Center of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in the deal.
REDMOND, ORE. — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of an industrial property in Redmond. Located at 2050 SW Deerhound Ave., the property features 13,602 square feet of industrial space. Bruce Churchill of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the undisclosed buyer and seller in the deal.
BOSTON — CBRE has arranged the $26.2 million sale of the building that houses The Skating Club of Boston. Located at 1240 Soldiers Field Road in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood, the figure skating club, which was founded in 1912, is the third oldest in the United States. Mark Reardon and Matt Furey of CBRE represented the seller, The Skating Club of Boston, in the transaction. The buyer was the Davis Cos.
ESCONDIDO, CALIF. — Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Escondido Valley Center, a retail property located at 1346, 1352 and 1358 W. Valley Parkway in Escondido. An Orange County, Calif.-based family trust acquired the property from El Segundo, Calif.-based Paragon Commercial Group for an undisclosed price. Situated on 7.2 acres, the 92,169-square-foot property is anchored by ALDI, HomeGoods, BevMo! and Staples. At the time of sale, the property was fully occupied. Ed Hanley, Bill Asher and Kevin Fryman of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, while Ken McLeod and Zachary Card of CBRE’s Los Angeles’ office represented the buyer in the deal.
ORANGE, CALIF. — CBRE has arranged the sale of two seniors housing communities in Orange, approximately 33 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles. Marlon LTD, a private partnership, acquired the two newly constructed apartment communities from RC Hobbs Cos. for $15 million. The sale was an exchange dependent on Marlon selling two older properties in nearby Tustin. The seniors housing apartments included a 28-unit property at 184 N. Prospect St. and a 12-unit property at 130 S. Hewes St. CBRE’s Dan Blackwell represented Marlon and RC Hobbs in the transactions. Korkees LP, another exchange buyer represented by Blackwell, purchased the two older assets in Tustin.
