ORLANDO, FLA. — Transwestern has closed the $16.6 million sale of Sand Lake Corners North, a community shopping center located at 8115-8379 S. John Young Parkway in Orlando’s tourist corridor. Situated on 15 acres, the retail center features 151,487 square feet of retail space. At the time of sale, the property was 95.3 percent occupied by a variety of tenants, including Old Time Pottery, PetSmart and Dollar Tree. The property is also shadow-anchored by Walmart and Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. John Bell of Transwestern represented the undisclosed seller in the deal. The name of the buyer was not released.

BILOXI, MISS. — Majestic RV Resorts has purchased 22.8 acres of beachfront property from Trustmark Bank for nearly $3 million. The buyer plans to develop an upscale RV park on the property, which is a vacant commercially zoned property. The property is located one block east of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and adjacent to the former Broadwater Hotel. Sam Ford, an agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Alfonso Realty, represented the seller. Marques Thomas with Biloxi-based Latitude Realty represented the buyer in the deal. Majestic RV Resorts has existing RV parks in Savannah, Ga., and Naples, Fla.
BETHLEHEM, PA. — Onyx Equities LLC and PCCP LLC have acquired the Westgate Mall, a 270,000-square-foot enclosed mall in the Lehigh Valley community of Bethlehem. The sales price was undisclosed. Situated on more than 22 acres on Schoenersville Road, Westgate Mall is anchored by Weis Markets, Rite Aid and Sky Zone. Steven Klein and Ryan Ade of HFF secured acquisition financing for Onyx Equities LLC and PCCP LLC. Chris Munley and Michael DiCosimo of HFF represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
KENT, WASH. — Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired an industrial property, currently under construction at 8615 S. 192nd St. in Kent, for $12.4 million. The name of the seller was not released. Situated on 12.7 acres, the 220,000-square-foot, rear-load industrial distribution facility is slated for completion by the end of 2019. The property will feature 47 dock-high and two grade-level loading positions, 36-foot clear heights, and parking for 137 cars and 30 trailers. The estimated stabilized cap rate of the property is 5.6 percent and the total expected investment is $33.9 million.
LOUISVILLE, KY. — Goldin Management has sold Colonial Oaks, a multifamily development located at 5011 Southside Drive in Louisville. Patrick Kelley and Connie Kelley acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Built in 1970, Colonial Oaks features 192 units in a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts. Brandon Wilson and Brian Devlin of Nashville-based The Kirkland Co. brokered the deal.
WASHINGTON, N.J. — HFF has brokered the $16.2 million sale of The Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe and Hunterdon Medical Office Building in Washington. The Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe comprises an 81,415-square-foot, fully leased, ShopRite-anchored retail center. Other tenants at the retail property include Anytime Fitness and Visions Federal Credit Union. Built in 2016, the Hunterdon Medical Office Building is a 25,000-square-foot, single-tenant property occupied by Hunterdon Healthcare. HFF represented the seller, Asbury Farms, in the transaction. The buyer was Larken Associates.
NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $8.6 million sale of a four-story, 4,554-square-foot mixed-use building in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. Located at 57 Grand St., the property comprises one ground-floor restaurant and three floor-through loft apartment spaces above. Robert Burton and Bobby Carrozzo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Granville Equities, in the transaction. The buyer was Lex Jay Realty Corp.
PASADENA, CALIF. — Avison Young has arranged the sale the Artistry Theater Building, located at 600 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena’s Playhouse District. Colorado Creative LLC sold the property to Morton Development Group for $5.3 million. The buyer plans to redevelop the long-vacant property into a retail and office asset. Built in 1931 as a United Artists theatre, the 15,060-square-foot property was first renovated in 1960, but the property has fallen into a long state of disrepair and neglect. Its tenant of more than a decade, Angels School Supply, vacated the building more than three years ago, and the property has been empty ever since. Andrew Berk and Chase Gordon of Avison Young represented the seller, while the buyer was self-represented in the transaction.

WATERTOWN, MASS. — Paradigm Capital Advisors has acquired Riverworks at Aetna Mills, an office complex in Watertown. Located at 480 Pleasant St., the property was originally built in 1907 and has been renovated with a number of capital improvements. Recent upgrades include improvements to the common areas, building systems, tenant spaces, cafeteria, fitness center and interior courtyard. The property is currently 98 percent leased to 15 tenants. Riverworks is one mile from Watertown Square, three miles from Cambridge and seven miles from Boston’s central business district.

LEXINGTON, KY. — Silvestri Real Estate has arranged the sale of Springs at Winchester Road Apartments, a multifamily property located at 1809 Meeting St. in Lexington. Continental Properties, a multifamily developer, sold the property for $35.5 million, or $140,873 per unit. Built in 2014, Winchester Road features 252 townhome-style units, gated access and a pet spa. Ken Silvestri, Brandon Cutwright and Robert Jones of Silvestri brokered the transaction.
