KATY, TEXAS — Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Saums Road Self Storage, a self-storage facility in the Houston metro of Katy that features 306 units across 27,270 square feet of net rentable space. The sale includes additional land for expansion. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold of Bellomy & Co. represented the undisclosed seller and procured the undisclosed buyer, both of which are based in Texas.

HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated an 18,463-square-foot office lease at 515 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston. Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Greater Houston Community Foundation, a networking firm for philanthropists, in the lease negotiations. Richard Barbles of Stream Realty represented the landlord, 515 Post Oak Owner LP.
MONCKS CORNER, S.C. — CBRE has brokered the sale of Foxbank Industrial Park, a 201,500-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility located at 2550 U.S. Highway 52 in Moncks Corner, roughly 30 miles north of Charleston. Patrick Gildea, Bob Barrineau, Brandon Redeyoff and Matt Smith of CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, JL Woode. CCP Commercial Real Estate acquired the park for an undisclosed price. Foxbank Industrial Park is situated on more than 30 acres and features 25- to 35-foot clear heights, 10,280 square feet of office space, existing bridge cranes, 18 oversized ground-level doors and an outdoor storage area. Sea Fox Boats, a manufacturer of saltwater boats, anchors the property.
DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. — Bianco Properties has acquired Main Street Square in Downers Grove for an undisclosed price. The 56,000-square-foot shopping center is located at the intersection of Butterfield and Finley roads near I-355. Tenants include Duluth Trading Co., H&R Block and Subway. This is Bianco’s fifth acquisition in the Chicago metro. Mid-America Real Estate Corp. brokered the sale on behalf of a Denver-based private investor, according to the Daily Herald.
EDINBURG, TEXAS — Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Superior Storage, a 524-unit self-storage facility located in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) metro of Edinburg. The facility offers a mix of climate- and non climate-controlled units across 70,640 net rentable square feet. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson and John Arnold of Bellomy & Co. represented the Texas-based seller and procured the California-based buyer. Both parties requested anonymity.
LUBBOCK, TEXAS — Nebraska-based investment firm Metonic Real Estate Solutions has acquired Wyndham Apartments, a 144-unit multifamily community in Lubbock. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities such as a pool, fitness center, business center, a pet park and dry cleaning services. The company plans to upgrade the pool and clubhouse area as well as the unit interiors. The seller was not disclosed.
HOUSTON — The NAI Investment Fund has sold a 75,166-square-foot, Class B office building located at 12600 N. Featherwood Drive in southeast Houston. The property was the first asset purchased by NAI Investment Fund I, which was launched in 2015. Andrew Pappas and Adam Hawkins of NAI worked with Marty Hogan of HFF to close the sale, the buyer in which was not disclosed. NAI plans to fully deploy another fund this year with more than $80 million in capital.
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — Berkadia has brokered the $21.8 million sale of Ashley Village Townhomes, a 260-unit multifamily community located at 3311 Mountainbrook Ave. in North Charleston. Mark Boyce and Blake Coffey of Berkadia arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, PEM Real Estate Group. Lurin Capital acquired the asset. Constructed in 1970, Ashley Village Townhomes includes one- to three-bedroom floor plans and features a renovated clubhouse, business center, fitness center, pool, playground and a laundry room.
FALLS CHURCH, VA. — Driftwood Acquisitions & Development LP, in a joint venture with Sefira Capital and Merrimac Ventures, has acquired the 407-room Westin Tysons Corner. The sales price and seller were not disclosed. The 11-story hotel is located at 7801 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, roughly four miles southeast of Tysons Corner and 10 miles west of Washington, D.C. Westin Tysons Corner features 12,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, indoor pool, business center, valet parking and complimentary shuttle service to area attractions. In addition, the hotel houses restaurants including The Chop N’ Room, Starbucks Coffee, Blu Restaurant & Lounge and Sushi Nami. The hotel was renovated in 2015 and 2016. The new owners will invest in additional capital improvements to update all guestrooms and common spaces. Driftwood Hospitality Management will continue to manage the hotel.
HILLSBORO, ORE. — MG Properties Group has purchased the 340-unit Thorncroft Farms Apartments in Hillsboro for $97.5 million. The community is located at 2120 N.W. Thorncroft Drive. Thorncroft Farms was built in 1998. It is situated within three miles of the Intel headquarters campus and within four miles of Nike’s headquarters. HFF’s Ira Virden and Carrie Kahn represented the seller, Berkshire Group. CBRE’s Brian Eisendrath and Cameron Chalfant arranged financing.
