TULSA, OKLA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Sleep Inn & Suites Central/Interstate 44, a hotel located at 8021 E. 33rd St. South in Tulsa. A limited liability company acquired the 66-room hotel for an undisclosed price. Skyler Cooper, Chris Gomes, Allan Miller and Tom Mann of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, and the buyer in the deal.

EVANSTON, ILL. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of The Chandler’s Building in Evanston, 12 miles north of Chicago, for $5.7 million. The building is located at 630 Davis St. near Northwestern University. The mixed-use property features office space and 23,929 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The property was built in 1910 with renovations completed in 2010. The building was 70 percent occupied at the time of sale. The buyer was a private real estate investor satisfying a 1031 exchange. The seller was 630 Davis Street LLC. Stephen Lieberman and Kyle Stengle of Marcus & Millichap represented the sale on behalf of ownership.
EAGAN, MINN. — CBRE has brokered the sale of Southeast Corporate Center in Eagan, 15 miles south of St. Paul. The 58,645-square-foot office building is located at 3020 Denmark Ave. The building was constructed in 1998. The property is currently 100 percent leased to CHS Inc., an agricultural company. Spectrum Development Group LLC purchased the building. Ryan Watts, Judd Welliver, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz of CBRE represented the seller, a private equity firm.
ST. LOUIS — Bridgetown Trucking has moved its St. Louis warehouse to the Union Seventy Center Business Park. Bridgetown will occupy 22,000 square feet at 3901 Union Blvd. Bridgetown previously occupied 4,000 square feet in Chesterfield. The Union Seventy Center Business Park totals approximately 161 acres. The business park is located between downtown St. Louis and Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. Brendan O’Brien of Hilliker Corp. represented the tenant and the landlord, Union Seventy Center Business Park. Bridgetown focuses on airfreight, flat bed and full truckloads, warehouse storage with pick and pack services, and order fulfillment.
ATLANTA — Spaces, a co-working office space brand owned by Regus, plans to open a new location at 715 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta. Situated across from the Fox Theatre, Spaces Midtown East will provide more than 100 private offices, 40 private desks, a 10,000-square-foot business club, hospitality-quality services and three meeting rooms available to Spaces members and community residents. The new Midtown location, the brand’s fourth in North America, is set to open on February 6, with co-working memberships starting at $199. In mid-2017, Spaces will open Spaces Atlanta-The Battery at SunTrust Park at The Battery Atlanta, a $1 billion mixed-use village surrounding SunTrust Park, the Atlanta Braves’ new ballpark in Cobb County. All Spaces locations provide 24/7 access to dedicated desks and office space for members, as well as access Monday through Friday to the business club.
PORTLAND, ORE. — Zeller Realty Group has purchased the 298,176-square-foot Umpqua Bank Plaza in Downtown Portland. The building sold for $90 million, according to Portland Business Journal. The Class A office tower is situated on the western shore of the Willamette River. The property was originally developed in 1974 but underwent renovations in 2015. The space was 97 percent leased at the time of sale. Lana Baldock, Dan Swift and Havilah Coady of Cushman & Wakefield will handle leasing at the property.
RENO, NEV. — Hollywood Investment Co. LLC has acquired the 790-unit Stor-All Self-Storage located in Reno for $10.9 million. The facility is situated on 8.4 acres along Panther Drive and West Ranger Road adjacent to U.S. 395. The property includes 22 single-story buildings with asphalt drive aisles and a standalone residence and manager’s office. The LLC plans to hold the property. Bobby Loeffler of the Loeffler Self-Storage Group represented the seller, Stor-All Reno LLC, in this transaction.
CHICAGO — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of 3030 North Broadway in Chicago for $81 million. The 137,618-square-foot shopping center is located between Barry and Wellington avenues. Ohio-based DDR Corp. purchased the center, which is anchored by grocer Mariano’s. Other tenants include XSport Fitness, Starbucks and PNC Bank. Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi of Mid-America represented the sellers, a joint venture between Barrett & Porto Real Estate, The Taxman Corp. and Newport Capital Partners.
MILWAUKEE — The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has negotiated the sale of a 28,050-square-foot industrial building in Milwaukee. The facility is located at 7528 N. Teutonia Ave. Olympic Supply Co., a distributor of bicycle parts and accessories, purchased the building from Delores Kramer Trust. Nick Keys, Roger Siegel and Zach Hansen of the Dickman Co. brokered the transaction.
PAINESVILLE, OHIO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Painesville Mini-Storage in Painesville, about 30 miles northeast of Cleveland, for $1.2 million. The 48,240-square-foot facility is located at 649 Hoyt St. The 162 storage units range in size from 100 to 3,600 square feet. The facility has an on-site manager’s office, perimeter fencing, electric gage and concrete drives throughout. Brett R. Hatcher of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the buyer and seller, both limited liability companies.
