Robert Kaplan of M&M represented the seller, Scott’s Plaza LLC, and procured the buyer in the transaction. The property is located in CSU’s west campus area at 1201 West Plum St., near the site of the university’s new football stadium and one block away from the Fort Collins Elizabeth Street entertainment area. Community amenities at the property — fully leased for the current school year — include outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor bar and grill lounge, Zipcars, reserved covered parking, bike parking, security cameras and restricted building access with 24/7 emergency maintenance services. MESA, ARIZ. — CBRE has arranged the sale of Tri-CityPavilions, a 96,336-square-foot shopping center anchored by Safeway in Mesa. Bob Young, Glenn Smigiel, Steve Brabant and Rick Abraham of CBRE’s Phoenix office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, J.G. Management Co. of Westlake Village, California. The buyer is Fairfield, N.J.-based Lamar Cos. The property, located at the northeast corner of Dobson Road and Main Street, was 75 percent leased at the time of sale.
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida to Acquire Four Production Facilities from The Coca-Cola Co.

TAMPA, FLA. — Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, an independent Coca-Cola bottler based in Tampa, has signed a letter of intent with The Coca-Cola Co. to acquire four production facilities in Hollywood, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa for an undisclosed price. The proposed acquisitions will give Coca-Cola Florida the ability to fully manage the production of Coca-Cola products that it currently distributes for Florida customers and consumers. In December 2015, Coca-Cola Florida signed letters of intent to acquire The Coca-Cola Co.’s sales and distribution operations in North and South Florida. The proposed acquisitions are subject to the parties reaching a definitive agreement, with closing for the North Florida operations expected in 2016 and closing for the South Florida operations expected in 2017. Coca-Cola Florida currently operates in Central Florida with seven sales and distribution locations in Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Sebring and Spring Hill. Following the completion of the North and South Florida territory expansions, Coca-Cola Florida’s operations will encompass 16 sales and distribution centers throughout Florida.
SCHERERVILLE, IND. — Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC has acquired Town Square shopping center, a 138,571-square-foot center located approximately 15 miles southwest of Gary, for $23 million. Bed Bath & Beyond and TJ Maxx anchor the center, which is also home to tenants including Old Navy and Shoe Carnival. The acquisition was brokered by HFF, and Wells Fargo provided financing. The seller in the transaction was undisclosed.
Meridian Capital Arranges $128M Acquisition Financing for Multifamily Property in New York

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Meridian Capital Group has arranged $128 million in acquisition financing for the purchase of Devonshire Hills, a multifamily property located in Hauppauge. Bainbridge Cos. and China Orient Asset Management, through its U.S. affiliated entity, acquired the 43-building, 656-unit multifamily property located at 1717 Devonshire Road. The garden-style apartment community includes a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness court and shared outdoor space. The five-year loan, provided by a regional balance sheet lender, features a 3.13 percent fixed rate, two years of interest-only payments and a 75 percent loan-to-cost ratio. Jacob Katz, Abe Hirsch and Zev Karpel of Meridian Capital Group arranged the financing for the borrower.
NEW YORK — SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), New York City’s largest commercial property owner, has reached an agreement with an affiliate of Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) to accelerate the sale of the global bank’s office campus at 388-390 Greenwich St. in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The early sale is pursuant to the $2 billion purchase option that Citigroup exercised in January. Separately, SL Green announced that it has reached an agreement for the early termination of Citigroup’s lease at the property as a result of the sale acceleration. The sale is now scheduled to close in June. SL Green will realize approximately $1.8 billion in sale proceeds at closing, including the lease termination payment. The REIT plans to repay a portion of its corporate credit facility and retire the $1.45 billion mortgage on the office campus. “We are pleased to reach an agreement on the early sale of 388-390 Greenwich Street. TAYLORSVILLE, UTAH — Regal Cinemas has broken ground on an over $20 million megaplex located at The Crossroads of Taylorsville shopping center in the Salt Lake City suburb of Taylorsville. The 60,419-square-foot development will seat 1,400 guests in 14 auditoriums. The grand opening for the project is expected by year’s end. Regal Cinemas is part of an ongoing multi-million dollar redevelopment for The Crossroads of Taylorsville that includes local eatery Cafe Rio, which opened on the property earlier this year. Ira Mitchell of IJM represented the landlord, and Candace Gray of Envision Realty Advisors represented Regal Cinemas in the leasing transaction.
VALENCIA, CALIF. — The Automobile Club of Southern California is relocating its insurance claims operation to a Class A office building in the Summit At Valencia on Turnberry Lane. Mark Esses, a broker with California Realty Group who represented the Auto Club, said the company was looking for a new home for six to nine months. Esses represented the Auto Club along with Keith Kleinman. The company’s current operations are situated on Tourney Road. Kevin Fenenbock and John Erickson of Colliers International represented the landlord, Great Point Investors, in this transaction. The Auto Club absorbed the building’s entire ground floor, which equated to 29,000 square feet. The lease represents roughly half of the entire building. AAA is expected to move its regional insurance claims unit and other related groups to the new office by the third quarter of this year, said a spokesperson for the insurance group. The AAA member’s branch will continue to operate on Valencia Boulevard. There is no change for Auto Club members.
APPLETON, WIS. — CBRE has brokered the sale of a 226-room hotel property in Appleton, approximately 30 miles southwest of Green Bay, for an undisclosed price. Bridge Investments sold the Holiday Inn to Batra Hospitality Group Inc. The buyer plans to renovate the property, which is located at 150 S. Nicolet Road. Brian Silberman, Nate Sahn, Stanley Wang and Scott Miller of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
JERSEY CITY, N.J. — BelovED Community Charter School has acquired a half-acre parcel of land located at 535 Grand St. in Jersey City. Friends of the BelovED Charter School, a non-profit organization to support the development of the school and other charter schools, will develop a 40,000-square-foot middle school on the site. The non-profit is expected to obtain a mortgage and construction financing of $12 million from New Jersey Community Capital for the project. Designed by Urbahn Architects, the four-story school will serve 240 students in grades six to nine and feature 15 classrooms, four half classrooms, two science rooms, two art rooms, a music room, a cafetorium with warming kitchen, a gymnasium with a mezzanine, a media center/library, administrative offices and a large sub-dividable multipurpose room, as well as a 31-car parking lot and an outdoor assembly/recreation space.
