DAVENPORT, FLA. — CBRE has arranged the $31.5 million sale of Village at Town Center, a 240-unit multifamily community in the Central Florida town of Davenport. Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill of CBRE represented the seller, Chicago-based VennPoint Real Estate, in the transaction. New York-based Beachwold Partners LP acquired the property. Village at Town Center features a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis court and water views. At the time of sale, the community was more than 90 percent occupied.

DALLAS — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $92.8 million sale of nine multifamily properties totaling 1,798 units in Texas. Six of the properties accounting for 570 units are located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. The sale also includes the disposition of the 70-unit Pinehurst Apartments in Longview, the 176-unit Crosswinds Apartments in Corpus Christi and a portfolio of properties located in Pasadena totaling 982 units. Nick Fluellen and Bard Hoover of Marcus & Millichap led the investment sales effort on each transaction. The names of the sellers and buyers for each asset were not disclosed.

IRVING, TEXAS — Bridge Investment Group LLC has purchased Tower 1320, a 243,109-square-foot, Class A office tower located within the 12,000-acre Las Colinas business district in Irving. Built in 1981, the 10-story tower features an adjacent two-story parking deck with 1,045 spaces. Evan Stone, Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado, Jared Chua, Robert Hill and Mary Claire Houseman of CBRE represented the seller, Arden Group, in the transaction. Peloton Commercial Real Estate will handle the marketing and leasing of the property.

FRISCO, PROSPER AND WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS — SHOP Cos. has brokered the sale of three retail centers totaling 43,026 square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Miami-based Antegrade Holdings purchase the 20,823-square-foot Frisco Market Center; a Texas-based limited liability company acquired the 10,149-square-foot La Cima Crossing in Prosper; and an Oklahoma-based investor bought the 12,054-square-foot Waxahachie Retail Center. Each of the centers was 100 percent leased at the time of sale.

SPRING, TEXAS — The J. Beard Real Estate Co. has arranged the sale of a 22,000-square-foot office/warehouse property situated on two acres at 26009 Budde Road in the northern Houston suburb of Spring. The four-building property was built in 1999 and is currently occupied by seven tenants. Jeff Beard of J. Beard represented the seller, Pines Business Park LLC. San Antonio-based Windswood Corp. purchased the asset for an undisclosed price.

HILLSIDE, ILL. — Interra Realty has negotiated the sale of Hillside Park Apartments in Hillside, about 15 miles west of Chicago, for $4.3 million. The 71-unit apartment property is located at 600 Wolf Road. The seven-building property consists of 27 one-bedroom units and 44 two-bedroom units. James Clough of Interra represented the undisclosed seller and procured the buyer, R&R Luxury Apartments.

TOPEKA, KAN. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 4,828-square-foot property net leased to IHOP in Topeka for $2.6 million. The restaurant is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 24 and Topeka Boulevard. Jamie Medress, Mark Ruble and Chris Lind of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Kirk Trammell, David Cutler and Joshua Johnson of Marcus & Millichap secured and represented the buyer, also a limited liability company. Richard Matricaria and Greg Bates assisted in closing the transaction.

GREENFIELD, IND. — Mumford Co. has brokered the sale of Country Inn & Suites in Greenfield, about 25 miles east of Indianapolis. The sales price was not disclosed. The 63-room hotel features an indoor pool, business center and meeting space. David Mumford and George Arvanitis represented the seller, RP Investments LLC. Indiana-based Everest Hotel Group Inc. purchased the asset.

NEW YORK CITY — Alpha Realty has arranged the sale of two multifamily buildings located at 560 and 590 W. 192nd St. in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. Lev Mavashev of Alpha Realty brokered the $12.5 million off-market transaction on behalf of the buyer and seller in the deal. 560 West 192nd Street features 31 units totaling 31,000 square feet, while 569 West 192nd Street features 29 units totaling 30,000 square feet. The names of the seller and buyer were not released.

BENTONVILLE, ARK. — Hunter Hotel Advisors has arranged the sale of two hotels in Bentonville: the 78-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott and the 130-room Candlewood Suites Rogers. Investra Capital Inc. purchased both assets for an undisclosed price. Hospitality Ventures Management Group was retained to manage the extended-stay hotels. Both properties feature indoor pools, fitness centers and business centers, and are located near the Walmart World Headquarters.
