Located at48 3rd St., the 4.6-acre transshipment building is fully leased to three tenants. The property is adjacent to Exit 15E of the New Jersey Turnpike. The seller was not disclosed. Terreno acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets: Los Angeles; Northern New Jersey/New York City; San Francisco Bay Area; Seattle; Miami; and Washington, D.C.
