TRUMBULL OFFICE BUILDING COVERTS TO MEDICAL USE

TRUMBULL, CONN. — The 42,000-square-foot office building at 126 Monroe Turnpike in Trumbull has been converted to medical use. The building's owner, Silverman Group, has named Cushman & Wakefield's healthcare practice group as the leasing agent for the building, which is currently 75 percent leased.
