CHICAGO — Sterling Bay Cos. and The Deitcher Group have sold two office spaces, located at 626 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago, for an undisclosed amount. The Cara Program acquired 29,736 square feet of space and will move into the building this fall. Dearborn Capital Management purchased 9,500 square feet of office space on the sixth floor.
