NAPLES, FLA. — Stephen J. Lockwood & Co. and RAR-2 have sold two buildings totaling 27,408 square feet to Patton Avenue Holdings for $6.27 million. The properties, which are zoned for retail and office use, are located at 10295 and 9995 Tamiami Trail N. in Naples. David Stevens of Naples-based Investment Properties Co. brokered the transaction.
