TWO MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITIES SELL FOR $28.7M IN MICHIGAN

CLARKSTON, AUBURN HILLS, MICH. — Two manufactured housing communities have sold for $28.7 million in Michigan. The properties include Independence Woods in Clarkston and Oakland Estates in Auburn Hills. Built in 1991, Independence Woods includes 430 sites. Oakland Estates includes 259 sites and was built in 1980. Todd Fletcher of ARA's Denver office and Andrew Shih of the company's Austin office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer is a private operator that is new to the region.
